I cant say enough about Kandu Fitness. I have worked out with Dave, the trainer, for over 6 years now. When I originally met Dave I had a goal to lose 25 lbs. With his knowledge and dedication to me I was able to acheive that goal. Dave is always there to encourage all of his members no matter what level. What is really nice about Kandu Fitness is the workouts are different every day which keeps it much more upbeat and exciting. Everyone at Kandu fitness make it warm and inviting. If you are a new member we all introduce ourselves to make them feel welcome. That just doesnt happen at the Big gyms. You dont have to feel out of place if you are one of the older folks like myself and husband. We are 57 yrs and 63 yrs old and love the workouts. I invite you to give it a try and I guarantee that you will love it.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! Over the few months I have been there; I have seen such drastic improvements in my strength, endurance, and speed. My body is now more toned and I have never felt this healthy before. What I love is the attention coach Dave offers to all the members. He is better than a personal coach and will go out of his way to help you achieve your workout goals. All the members at the gym treat each other like family. They do not judge you but they do offer TONS OF encouragement and make you feel motivated at all times. I dont say this enough but THANK YOU Kandu Fitness, Coach Dave, and all the members for being there, being super awesome, and helping me be one step better each and every single day! :) TWO THUMBS UP!!

My prayers answered! Let me just start off by saying, “I love my wife VERY MUCH.” Beginning of this year, we found out she had a special health condition and the doctor recommended that she gets more exercise to build up her immune system. I struggled with getting my wife to the gym. I tried EVERYTHING: I built an in-home personal gym for her, tried a few gym memberships and nothing worked until we tried Kandu Fitness. We now attend the gym on a regular basis and I am so proud of my wife and all of her hard work. I thought I was in shaped until I tried Kandu Fitness. Boy, did I get a kick in the butt on the first day. I realized there was so much room for me to grow. Thank you Kandu Fitness for helping us push forward.

I joined Kandu Fitness almost a year ago. I have tried several different boot camps and gyms in the Orange County Area, having moved from Florida and had participated in several bootcamps in Tampa. I usually just try out some groupons or deals so that I dont have to stay stuck to one type of gym but this gym certainly stuck with me. It was my stress reliever through law school and while I was studying for the bar and I got more compliments on fitness than any other gym I had joined. You would be silly to turn up a gym that gives you a great workout, mental health, and a great body for such a cheap price! Best of all you become part of a workout family unlike big brand name gyms. Ive been a member of the Kandu family since this February and its become someplace I look forward to going to, something Ive never said about working out before! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. As for the coaches, what can I say? I came to Kandu with chronic back problems and theyve been so supportive - modifying the workouts so that I dont injure myself while helping me build my strength and confidence. I love the WOD format of the workouts, it doesnt matter if youre a beginner or more advanced, the coaches will adjust the workout for your level. But that doesnt mean its easy, you will definitely sweat but youll get stronger every week! Love this place, highly recommend it!

Kandu Fitness is an amazing place filled with great coaches and wonderful members. Most importantly, Kandu has a fun, safe and supportive environment. Each day the work outs are different so you will truly be achieving a full-body workout routine and never get bored. Each work out is high intensity and ranges approximately 20-40min in length. If you feel like you need more, the coaches will gladly assign you an "over time" task to help you reach your fitness goals. They offer a wide variety of class times which makes it easy to fit in your schedule. I highly recommend Kandu Fitness to anyone who is looking to get healthy and tone up in a positive and constructive environment!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of being coached by Coach Dave for the last 4 months. Kandu is the place to go if you want to get stronger and better in a safe environment. Daves knowledge on the exercise and nutrition side of things is second to none. They will hold you accountable and will work with you every step of the way to attain your goals. As far as price points go, youre not going to get more bang for your buck anywhere. Id like to add that Dave and the folks over at Kandu bring a family environment to the gym. They legitimately care about every person that walks in there and want to bring the best out of you. Highly recommended.
