Great and friendly community. The coaches are the best. Every exercise is suited to your capabilities and pace. Have been with them for almost two years and i love It! I tried personal training at 24 hour fitness and nothing beats crossfit. I feel stronger and healthier.

I dropped in. Staff and box members are very kind and welcoming. Large well equipped box. Trainers are patient and comprehensive. Could not have asked for a better experience. Well worth the 20 min drive from my hotel.
