The UFC GYM in Missouri city closed down without any notice called corporate to cancel they directed me to Alvin Elliot the franchisee he said no prob they have cancelled my membership three months later I get a call from swift collection agency saying I owe $400 and they are about to post on my credit WTF!! I call corporate and they tell me oh no problem call Alvin and he will take care of called Alvin and he says he never billed me which is true because I would have seen on cc statement and 10 others have called about same issue! He even offered to talk to corporate with me on the line so I called corporate back the lady picked up as soon as I clicked Alvin over to explain she hung up the most annoying thing is now they dont even pick up my calls ! So stressful and difficult to deal with Alvin told me to call a Tony Ricardo I have called and left a message but no response I feel this is going to be a real headache to deal with buyer beware!!

The UFC Gym in Fresno closed in August without notice. Cynthia Garcia at UFC Gym corporate was supposed to send me my membership refund. She stated that I would receive it with 7 to 10 days. Its now been 6 weeks and they wont respond to email or voicemail. Calls to the corporate office are answered by a voicemail recording that states the voicemail box is full and cannot accept messages. 10/21/16 Finally received check.

UFC are frauds the manger continues to harass me and illegally debit my bank account when I called corp they hung up and did nit return any of my calls I am going to have to take legal action for them to stop do not get your self wrapped up with this company... they try and bully and take advantage of women this is my personal experience Jospeh general manger harasses me on the weekly basis via email

Dont join! Closed 8 days after I paid $300 in MEMBERSHIP fees and now nobody will call me, email me, cant get live person at corporate office. Left voicemails, emails everything. Unbelievable

Literally the worst gym in the world in terms of customer service and management. WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE. Save yourself some time and money. Please.
