Similarly to comments left by other customers/users; I too feel as though some of the staff at this facility lack the appropriate level of people skills and manners for customer service work. Ive been a member since age 12(roughly since 1997/98), and frequented facilities every where from San Diego to San Francisco in my 18 years as a customer. For some reason I felt as though my business was significantly less valuable at this facility than at others. Perhaps that is something to be improved upon? Price wise; this location is a bit steep, and lacks numerous pieces of equipment as well as the space necessarty to allow for some of the amenities and accommodations offered at other clubs. (more expensive for less utility?) No thank you... As with most things however; location, location, location... plays a huge role. Ill likely continue to frequent this club simply because of its proximity to my home. On the plus side; the place is very new feeling and well maintained. Kudos to the staff on cleanliness.

I like this gym. Being in the basement makes it seem a little more "old school" and its never too crowded. If you like to curl in the squat rack, spend an hour on the bench press doing exercises that only you know what they are targeting, or like to take one dumbell to the furthest end of the gym and leave it there, you will find many like minded people working out here. I cant blame 24 hour fitness for it and I dont know what you do to fix it, but this is one of the worst gyms Ive been to for people putting their weights away. Id suggest etching 4 high letters on the mirrors with a reminder to rack your weight when you are done. Fortunately, its not so crowded that you have to guess if someone is using a rack or not, its generally pretty obvious.

Typically go after 8pm and the crowd isnt too bad. Weight area gets a little crowded, but never have an issue finding a free treadmill/elliptical/cardio machine. Pool area is nice for an average swimmer. This location has four 25-yard lanes divided in half by a concrete peninsula and has a clock for keeping intervals on one side. Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are all in the pool area as well. I dont think Ive ever seen more than three people in the pool, if you enjoy having a lane you yourself this will be great for you.

For the love of humanity please fix your damn wifi. Its 50bux a month to go to this location. The place is in the mall basement so cell service doesnt work. I sure would like to listen to spotify while working out instead of the lame music blasting there. Its not that hard. 300 bucks will buy you 3 access points to cover the whole place and pay for some decent internet stop cheaping out on your members. I swear if theres like 15 people there i cant even play my spotify. FIX IT

Let me tell you why those guys deserve a one star. But me being a nice person will start on the positive side. They have a nice court and facility for the price that is being offered it damn better be the best. Here is why it sucked: CUSTOMER SERVICE. They treated me and my friend very poorly just because we wanted to try out the facility for one day. I wasnt treated like a customer more like a burden. Get a membership somewhere else, not this facility.

So disappointed in this club! When I joined they had 3 classes I needed in the pool to rehab my knee...now this week they have NONE!! ZERO classes. I want my money back! I joined to filfill a need and now a couple of months later I cant work out there because they arent offering any classes I can use...this seems like bait and switch to me! Come on 24 hour fitness...give me a reason to change my rating to 5 stars!!!

EXCELLENT! Definitely my favorite gym to visit when I am in town. The front desk associates always greet me upon entry, they always deliver a friendly face and a "thanks, enjoy your workout." I like this location because it doesnt seem to be as busy as others and its always clean. The equipment is excellent. I would like to give Ivette (a class instructor) notification on such an amazing class. Keep up the good work!

It is very close to my job, so I go there for the convenience. The staff is always nice to me. I have no issues with anything because I just like to play b ball and lift weights. I am just glad there is a gym next to my job. But complaining about everything in life makes life boring. I like the gym. I have to say this , if you move to a third world country, you will come back in love with the gym...lol.

The place is turning into a pigsty. Weights and dumbbells not returned to their proper spot, towels and water bottles abandoned and not picked up. One weight bench I know of hasnt been cleaned in at least 4 months. Ive never seen a manager, let alone one walking the floor to see whats going on. When I first started there a little over a year ago, I would see employees going around tidying up, but no more.

Staff has really good customer service. Everytime I come in theyre friendly and wish me a good work out. On my way out theyre just the same. Gym overall offers pretty good classes and machines/weights are clean. The only thing thats a downer is the rush hour when everyones on the WiFi and since its in the basement my phone gets little to no signal. Any other time WiFi is amazing.

The staff are nice, they greet you when you arrive and say bye when you leave. The locker room is kept clean. The machine equipment are fairly new. However, some are not maintained on the regular basis. For example: half of the treadmills you cannot hear the sound of the TV when you plug in the earphone. They have been out of order for a long long time. No one fixed them.

This location is one of the best very friendly staff and its always clean with the exception of bathrooms and showers. The showers smell awful like stagnet water and the bathroom always has floaters or piss on the toilet seats and toilet paper on floor. Other then that equipment always clean very friendly staff and members one of the best

The staff is nice but I have never had any complaints so I dont know how they handle a difficult situation. They greet u when u enter and say good bye when u leave which is nice. I go there because they give you towels to use while u work out. That is a MAJOR plus for me. Thats basically why I go to 24 hrs and not some other gym.

Nice SuperSport... All the SuperSports are Top Notch in equipment and some with service. Although Ive noticed some Super Sport customer service to be "Stuck Up" in a guest-service oriented industry, this isnt one of them.

This place is cool, but was informed that this location is a Super Sport. If its your first time, theyll let you in. Really big, despite how it looks on the outside, and basically has everything!

This gym is great. I moved to the South Coast Metro area, but prefer to make the drive to this location. Service is good, machines are in good shape and the locker rooms are clean.
