Best place to go dancing in Sacramento. Biggest & best dance floor in the area. They serve wonderful refreshments at all their social dances. Dances are on Fri. nights, & Tea dances on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Wednesday dance is for dancers who love to have fun, be with like minded people, dance to fun ballroom music. They do theme dances occasionally. If you havent been yet, please try it soon. They are undergoing some changes that promise your best dance experience yet.

Best Ballroom Dance studio in the Sacramento area! I am a competitive Latin dancer, and Capital Dance Center (CDC) has the best ProAm instructors I have ever worked with. Also the Smooth instructor, Genya and his Pro partner, Anna, were recently finalist in Black Pool! Lots of talent here and a beautiful studio with many dance rooms.

My daughter loves this place. She took lessons last year but then we both got sick and had to stop. But we are most definitely planning on coming back soon. Ms. Kat is a wonderful teacher who knows how to encourage the little ones. The owners are very kind and dedicated. The best Dance Studio in the area. Thank you Bobbi!

Great place to learn how to swing dance. I really like the instructor for the west coast swing dance class on Monday nights. Very skilled and dance moves are very useful and fun. No social dancing after the lesson is over so I have to practice at other venues.

Beautiful studio and huge wooden, sprung dance floor! I love going when they have Live Bands, either Latin or Swing. Its such a treat to dance to live music. The teachers are great and its a friendly atmosphere.
