My family and I got ready for a Sunday at the lake when we went to load up in our Chevy Tahoe, we realized someone hit our vehicle the evening prior, needless to say we didn’t make it to the lake that day. Of course the person who hit it didn’t leave a note either so I had to make a claim with my own insurance, Mercury. I researched on the web for a shop in our area and Ground Zero was really close, and their website provided a coupon for up to $250 off, which was incredible cause no other shop I saw offered any type of coupon. They kept me up to speed on the repair status and basically made this bad event as painless as it could be. And we were able to have that great day at the lake driving our beautiful spotless Tahoe!

This place could not be any better. I had my 2006 Nissan Titan repaired here and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful, the quality of their workmanship is unbelieveably beautiful , and the time in which they completed such extensive repairs was extremely reasonable. Their staff is very kind, caring, and helpful. Its like they actually care about you, your car, and your satisfaction. I will never take my car to another auto body shop. I will be a life-long Ground Zero customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I know.

Yesterday I took my truck into Ground Zero to see if they could help me out. Someone slammed their car door into my truck in the parking lot and left a serious mark on it. It is a new truck and I tried to get the mark off by myself. I ended up making it worse and scratching the paint. I went in and talked with Galen and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met. They got my truck looking new again in about 5 minutes and amazingly he didnt even charge me anything which is why I am writing this review. I will use them in the future if the need arises, but I hope I will not need it :)

Ground Zero did a great job on my Corvette convertible! I was very pleased with Galens exceptional attitude & excellent customer service, you just dont find it nowadays. Im a very pleased customer - will come back here again & will refer my friends to GZ. Before coming here, I got an appraisal from AAAs recommended body shop - they did a poor inspection, missed some damage & would have done a poor repair work. Im glad I visited Ground Zeros website & trusted them with my car instead.

I had an excellent experience with GZ. I needed quite a bit of body work done on my Cadillac CTS and I found Galen to be very responsive to answering my questions and advising my the best way to proceed. When my car was ready, you wouldnt know it had been in a couple of accidents. In addition to the repairs, the paint was perfect. Many thanks to Galen and Melissa and all the staff at GZ. I highly recommend.
