I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Excellence Auto Shop. I was involved in an accident in my BRAND NEW car (only had the car for one month). Even though the car was not smashed in, the entire front end needed replacing from the grill, to the headlights, the front bumper, the side fenders, the radiator - not to mention the paint is a pearly white color. Mitch and the team who worked on my car did a fantastic job putting the new parts on my car and matched the paint PERFECTLY, which I had been worried about because of the unique color. Mitch kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and let me know what stages my car was in which helped keep my mind at ease that my car was in good hands. My car looks and drives exactly as it did before the accident, I could not be more happy with their work. I highly recommend Excellence Auto Shop.

Its taken me too long to write this, but its from the heart. Enrique and his crew do top notch work. Like so many small, local businesses. they may not have the fancy waiting area or the glitzy location, but they allowed me to fall back in love with my older, 5-series BMW. I had a minor parking lot collision and for almost 1/2 what the dealers wanted to charge me, I got SOOOOO much more with Excellence Auto Body. Literally 1/2 the cost and double the value. I cant say enough about these guys. To make me fall in love again with a car that is more than 15 years old is really saying something. It looks like a 2 year old car and I love it. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. They were able to assess the damage to my bumper immediately. I was at a parking garage for a conference in down town Sacramento and when I returned to my car at the end of the day the corner of my bumper was smashed in. When I arrived at the shop it was clean and bright. They added the damage explained the process to fix it. The estimate was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Plus they were able to do a "rush" job because I had to head back out of town in 2 days! Im am thrilled with the bumper you could never tell anythi,g happened. I highly recommend Excelance Body Shop!

I have been to many body shops over the years and I have several horror stories. Owning a black car can be a challenging thing especially when you need body work done. I took my BMW 528i in with some rear bumper damage plus I had swirls on the paint from a bad water stain removal. I just got my car and all I can say is excellence is not only their name, but it describes what they do! Not only does the repair look perfect but all the swirls in the paint are gone! The finish looks incredible. I highly recommend this auto body shop, they do excellent work and would refer them to anyone who needs body work or has paint issues.

We brought in our Maserati QP to this shop after it had its front bumper smashed in. We were worried that it would have some identifiable differences, but we sure we worried for nothing! It looked just as it had the day we drove it off the Maserati lot! What a relief!!! The guys were extremely nice and fast. It took less than a week and probably would have been faster if our insurance adjustor didnt take his time getting out there. We live out in Granite Bay and it was worth the trip. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Excellence Auto Shop!

My 2007 BMW 328i was rear-ended a month ago, and was brought to Excellence Auto Shop for repairs. Mr. Enrique and his team did an amazing repair job on my car. My car looks so brand new afterwards I almost could not recognize it. Enrique and his team are honest folks and definitely goes above and beyond to do great quality work, and cares about satisfying their customers! This auto shop is absolutely fantastic and is the only place Ill recommend to family and friends. My front right bumper was torn apart and when I received my car back from the shop today it looked brand new. You would never even know anything happened. Not only is their work impeccable, their prices are unbelievable and cannot be beat. The customer service is the best Ive received in a long time. They went above and beyond and even cleaned out my (extremely) messy car! I love supporting local family-owned businesses and I would give them ten stars if I could!

I was rear ended by a semi truck and needed work on my car, I put it off for months because I hate dealing with body shops and mechanics as someone who knows nothing about cars. Enrique was so helpful, he not only did extra work on my front bumper for the same price, but explained every detail, was reasonably priced and even drove me to the rental car place and made sure everything worked out. My car was ready in a week and was cleaner and nicer than when I first bought it! Its so nice to have a auto shop be honest and helpful, Ill definitely be back!

I took my 2007 Acura MDX to Excellence Auto Shop, after a little bumper accident 3 months ago. This is my time and my first auto shop Ive ever been where Mr. Enrique and his team were amazing. Theyre nice people. They were able to fixed the scratch and repaint my car for three days, my car right now looking like brand new, even my parents were amused of what they did to my car. I brought my truck in on2/26/14 After they quoted me a price to repaint my front bumper on my truck, I didnt know what to expect. I thought for the price that they would only do 1/4 th of the bumper. because other estimates were much,much higher. He mentioned they would remove the bumper completely and remove the overspray from when the bumper was painted last. When I picked up the truck it was perfect without any flaws. I would not hesitate to bring my truck back, and I recommend EXCELLENCE AUTO SHOP. Thanks guys,Dan

With all of the auto body shops in Sacramento it can be very hard to find the best. Let me make it easy by saying that these guys are second to none. They are very honest and always give an unbeatable price. They are the hardest working collision repair center that I have ever come across and are guaranteed to get the job done in a very timely fashion. The bottom line is if you want the best quality available at an extremely reasonable price these are the guys for you!
