UPDATE: Since posting my reviews of B&J, I was contacted by the owner Sam. He reached out after seeing the review and wanted to rectify the situation for me and my husband. He purchased this business a long time ago and takes a lot of pride in how his shop is run and how his customers are treated. He looked into the situation for us and apologized for what happened and how we were treated. He then offered to refund the whole amount of our transaction AND some. I have to admit, I am blown away the owner reached out to us to make this all "right" for both himself and for us. I am not a fan of the employees at that particular location BUT I have so much respect and faith in Sam and him correcting that. I feel like Sam went above and BEYOND to get in touch with us and to help us. He didnt have to do either. I am truly touched and would definitely be willing to give B&J another chance (although hopefully just for body work lol). I am a fan of the owner of this company and really believe he wants to do whats right and take care of all of his customers. Its nice to know there are still people out there that genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you again Sam!!! Truly touched my heart and did WAY MORE than expected :) WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! My car ended up missing one day. We saw a sign at the front of the parking lot with B&J Towing Body Shops info on it. We called B&J. It was a Sunday and their on call person wasnt kind or helpful at all. We then called CHP to see if it had been reported as being towed. They had 2 different departments look into it and neither could find any record of it being towed. They informed us that tow yards have 24 hours to report all cars. We then called B&J again that next day (Monday July 24th) a total of 3 times and every time we were told they did NOT have my car. I talked with a lady that answered the phones both times and was blown away how rude she was and how little she wanted or offered to help. We then file a police report for my car being stolen since CHP had no information regarding it being towed and B&J claimed they didnt have it. We filed the police report on Monday the 24th as well. Then on Tuesday August 1st, we get a call from CHP that my car "has been found and is not at B&J Towing". The exact same place we had called the week prior. Again whoever answered the phone was extremely RUDE. Telling us they were in the office and my car wasnt in their system and they didnt want to have to go look outside in the yard. So we called Wednesday August 2nd right when they opened. The lady that answered the phone was short and very snotty. I then asked when my car was towed and found out it was on July 21st. 2 days before we started calling them to find it. I tried asking what happened because CHP had told us they have 24 hours to report it as being towed and I was told 3 separate times they did not have my car. She then told me I was being charged the towing fee and a storage fee for the 13 days theyve had it there. I should not be responsible for any storage fees when I tried calling and was told they didnt have it. I finally got them to waive almost all of the storage fees. My husband then goes to pick up the vehicle and starts asking questions to find out what happened? The employee than TOLD him it was a clerical error and that they didnt file the forms with CHP when they were supposed to. The papers got filed just like the day before CHP called us. Which is illegal!!!! He then told my husband they entered the model of the car into their system incorrectly. Then when my husband starting asking more questions like if thats how they work all the time and if thats ok, the man that was helping him started slamming doors in his face and being extremely rude. I am SO appalled and disappointed in how we were treated. I understand they towed my car due to whatever reason, thats not on them. My issue is them not following the LAW and doing what is required of them and the HORRIBLE and CRAPPY attitudes and customer service by everyone we dealt with.

Excellent customer service. Sal went over every detail of the work they were going to my car with me and explained everything thoroughly. He even told me I could stop by anytime to see the process of them fixing my car. Great communication as they found more damage to my car after they starting taking it apart and gave me a cal right away to let me know they would need a few extra days to complete it. However, even with the extra damage they found they still got my car finished 2 days earlier than expected and it looks excellent. Everything works as if brand new the paint looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend and if I will always take my cars back here if I need anymore body work done.

Highly recommend using B & J Body Collision Repair Shop! I worked with Sal and he had good communication, pride in work, friendly, trustworthy, more than competent experience and professional service which were all appreciated. Their waiting area was very clean, welcoming, and even have coffee and water available. Was well worth the wait for an appointment for the repair. They handle dealing with the insurance company and made sure I had the correct parts for each replacement need. Helped arrange my needed rent-a-car. They even clean and vacuum my vehicle before for my pick up. Stress free experience.

I am always amazed at the service I recieve from B&J Body Repair. Ive worked in Rancho for nearly 15 years, and just stumbled in many years ago for damage I recieved on my truck. Ever since then, all of my repairs and recommendations go to B&J. Just today my girlfreind scrapped her car on the garage door frame, ruined her day. I swiftly took the car to B&J and John had it buffed out, indicated whats required for repair and I was on my way. If I ever move from the Sacramento area, I will continue to use this company. They Rock!!

These guys are absolutely awesome. I pulled the bumper half off my car on a parking-lot curb - they fixed it no cost, plus they buffed out some paint exchange on my rear fender AND gave my car a quick wash. All in one day. Plus they were absolutely slammed with business, and still found time to give me a ride to work when I dropped my car off this morning. These guys have my business for as long as I live here. And Im recommending them to everyone I know. A fantastic company. Thank you!!!
