I have to agree with Jacob!! When Eric was manager, my boat was at my beck and call. It was out on time and waiting for me EVERYTIME for the first year I was here. Then Sean takes over.... I call to have my boat pulled down.. I show up and it is not there. This happens 4 times in a row!!! I was called by the office manager to come down to help find my boat because they can not find it.. It was in another slot, at least I found it.. I call again to have my boat pulled and I talk with Sean. He states he can not have my boat pulled until 1pm, but I was told if it is on the lower level he would pull it sooner and call me. NO CALL.. I show up at 1 pm to pick up my boat and it is not pulled out front. He comes up behind me and asks if he can help me. I laugh because HE IS A JOKE!!!! My boat is on the lower level, just sitting there.. I explained to him, he was supposed to have my boat ready NOW!!! He gives me every excuse as to the POOR SERVICE he has provided me since he took over...He tells me everyone quit and he is trying to get the place back together.. I grab my boat and go home. My boat is dirty, so I start to wash it...NOW I SEE MY BOAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED!!! I take my boat right back to him and show it to him..The boat appears to have been rammed by a forklift. It has dents, scratches, gouges and yellow forklift paint on it.. He then tells me that they had 1 kid there that was hitting all the boats and causing damage and not telling anyone, so they fired him.. GREAT just what I want to hear... Long story short, MY BOAT HAS OVER 2K IN DAMAGE AND HAD TO TURN IT INTO MY INSURANCE TO HAVE IT FIXED. I spoke with Tiffany numerous times about getting them to reimburse my $250.000 deductible. As of today, they comped me some rent but THEY STILL OWE ME $122.00. EVEN TIFFANY CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW THE OWNERS HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME AFTER SHE HAS FORWARDED THEM ALL OF MY PAPERWORK!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR RVS & BOATS!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! I ENCOURAGE THE MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

This place use to be great. But in the past few months (this summer) they have fallen off tremendously. I have had to cancel two camping trips because they could not get my boat down. One time because the cameras on the fork lift were not working and one time because they were busy and only had one guy working. They also damaged my trailer brakes while putting the boat on or off the shelf in the facility and I have not even been able to get a call from anyone that can do something about it for months now. I just got off the phone with another person that told me they will have someone that can help me call me, I have heard that since June. I have kept my boat here for 5 years and never had an issue until recently. I would not recommend keeping anything here with any type of faith that you or your property will be taken care of.

We stored our boat here over the winter months this year October 2016-June 2017. The day we had scheduled for pick up and service by their neighboring company it took all day & delayed our scheduled service. When we showed up to pick the boat up from service it was covered in bird poop. It looked worse than the prior year when we had left it in the river for the year. We will not be returning! When we called Sean told us that they were aware they had a pigeon problem and that his company had decided it was not their problem. There was nothing they could or would do about it but if we wanted to send in an email he would forward it to his boss. No thanks Sean, we just wont be back.

Ran out of space in my garage so got in touch with Sunrise Boat and RV Storage which is a few minutes away...my Jetski has a nice indoor spot somewhere in the gigantic warehouse building. When I call to schedule a pickup, staff is great and my Jetski is always there waiting for me to hook up so I can get out on the water! Very reasonable prices and excellent service. It is a secure facility so no worries and sure beats leaving a boat stored out door in the Sacramento summers!

Sunrise Storage is hands down the best facility for my boat, perhaps more so thanks to guys that run the place daily. Sean, Charles, Scott and Joe do an amazing job looking out for your recreation vehicle. Simply put—just good fellas at work. Thank you, guys!

This is a great facility, with excellent staff. Its economical, safe, and flexible. Often they stayed late while stuck in traffic to store my boat indoors. Trust me, paying a little more for indoor storage is worth it...my boat is extremely happy.

These folks do a great job. It is a well-kept facility and the staff is courteous and helpful. Our trailer is in safe hands and we couldnt be happier.
