September 2012... I am still very pleased with this facility and Bob continues to impress me with his customer service and genuinely caring attitude. 5 stars all around. August 2012... This is the best storage facility around! Bob really cares about his customers and it shows!! Excellent!! July 27,2012... Security Public Storage is the place to go for your storage needs. You will not find a better place that is exceeds every expecation you may have. I will continue to reccommend this facility to those in need of extra storage space. Bob Rocks!! Super nice staff, super clean grounds, super security system..... highly reccommend storing your things at this location!!

I give Security Public Storage a 5 STAR, WHY?, because, Bob and his staff are friendly they greet you with a smile,they are close by, the area is kept clean and gated, I like their security system and like the idea that their is always someone there at SPS. I feel knowing my things are protected and thats a good thing. I have been with SPS for months Im very satisfied, Im a very happy customer. They also have different sizes in storage to accommodate you in what you need. Over all they are AWESOME! Thank you Mr. Bob Lewis and staff for your help. Love Roseville Security Public Storage! The staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The grounds are clean, secure and rates are resonable. When I found out that I had only 1 week to move out of my 1,800 Sq. foot home, the staff was there to make it happen for me and to get me the best rate possible for my budget and in great locations on the lot. I would highly recommend the Roseville Security Publie Storage to anyone who is looking for the best bang for your buck with the best staff and great security for your personal belongings.

I have been a customer for over a year. Wonderful staff and convenient hours. Although their storage units are self-locking they have an extra security feature that acts as a silent alarm on each unit. When I arrive, I put my PIN in at the gate and it deactivates this silent alarm. When I leave the property, the system recognizes my PIN on the "exit" gates and re-activates this alarm. So if someone happens to enter using their PIN and tampers with my unit, this silent alarm will set. I LOVE that extra security and its included in the month rent fee!

This companys website was easy to and very convenient to use when it is working. If the website is not working the staff here is more than willing to accommodate you in taking your payment over the phone and sending you a receipt. They are also very nice and helpful with any issues you may have. I also like the fact that if your payment is late they will contact you to give you a heads up, because sometimes I just forget about it since they do not send out bills. Good Job Security Public Storage!!!

Moving is hard. Moving to a new city even harder. Getting settled can be a pain. But the folks at Security Public Storage on Cirby in Roseville always have a smile and a solution to my storage needs. My locker is always accessible. Ive never had any problems with billing, customer service, or things getting wet when it rained really hard recently. I highly recommend this place for storage needs. The management makes all the difference.

I appreciated the convenient location at a time last winter when I suddenly found myself having to move. The lady who helped me at the time was very friendly and understanding. She helped me get the size unit I needed as I was having difficulty figuring that out at the time. I currently feel comfortable knowing my belongings are in a safe location until I can return to get them. Thanks!!

I called the facility just a few minutes before showing up with a trailer full of property. I was greeted warmly on the phone and told they would be waiting for me. I got great friendly service at the office, and the paperwork was painless and quick. The unit I was assigned was very clean. The facility was also clean and the driveways were very easy to navigate. I am very happy.

I had come to inquire about a space recently and found this facility very inviting. Not only is it easily accessible and near the highway, but the staff was very helpful. Christa helped me that day and was able to answer all my questions quickly and precisely. I checked a number of storage facilities before choosing this location. The discount they offered was great! No surprise charges, no hidden fees, no small print, just a straight out discount. Both Bobs are very helpful and friendly. The premises is always clean and the location is extremely convenient for me. Id recommend this facility to anyone looking for one.

I have been using this facility for my storage needs off and on for many years. The Manager Bob and staff are excellent! They are always going the extra mile for me. The facility is clean and well maintained and the units very secure. Not to mention their rates and deals are far beyond other storage facilities. I highly recommend this Storage Facility!

The staff has always been friendly from the first day we came in asking questions. The rate is reasonable and it makes our small living space so much easier to deal with. We SHOPPED first- and saw alot of "first month free- use our moving truck free" etc- and there were alot of hidden fees. NOT HERE. Fair quote, what you see is what you get.

My experience with Security Public Storage is always amazing. They are always super friendly. I never have had any problems here and feel very safe and securing storing my belongings here. Bob is always happy and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They also do not have any processing fees like most other places.

These comments sound self written to me. No one waves at me or is all that friendly. Not to mention this place charges you a dollar to send you an invoice for your storage unit, which they fail to disclose when you are renting your unit. I think its a scam hoping that you will forget to pay so they can charge you more fees.

Ive been here almost a year and have not had any problems. I went buy the other day to pick something up, and it was hassle free. The place was locked up and looked clean and kept up well. After I put my stuff in storage, all I really want is to be able to get in and out easy, and know my stuff is safe. That is the case here.

Best storage facility around! Theyre upfront about the (very reasonable) cost, which includes insurance. So no "hidden" costs like all the other places. Plus the management is super helpful and friendly! My belongings have been stored here for some years now and Im very happy with this facility!
