The online reservations system went smoothly. I was quite impressed with how simple it was to reserve the storage facility. A few hours later, I get a call from Michael asking if I was going to come by to finish rental process. This was a great reminder as I forgot about it and it was already 4PM. This took no longer than 5 minutes to fill out the paper work and 5 minutes to see my space. Really, really, fast and easy. Other than the 15-20 minutes of reminiscing our times in Southern California, the whole process was faster than getting anything done at the post office. Onsite staff is very helpful and curteous. Michael was pleasant to talk to since we had both previously lived around the same location in Southern California. He answered all my questions about the facility to my satisfaction. The grounds werekept spotless and the storage facility, at least mine, anyways, was quite clean. Also, the area seemed safe and secure. I am not to fond of the keyless entry pad being all the way on the left hand side of the entrance. I get a little disoriented driving up on the left hand side. I understand there is not enough room to put it in the middle so that I can stay on the right side of the road, like seen in gated housing communities, but it will have to do. At least the exit is consistent by also being on the left hand side. This seems to minimize confusion when one person is entering as another is exiting. Besides all the great things of the facility, the first month free was actually the selling point that won me over. If you calculate a 3 - 6 month storage time with all the competitors around the area, and include their move in specials, Extra Space Storage is the best deal.

For any one that is in need of a place that is In the business of providing a clean and safe place for storage within a fenced and gated as well as alarmed security, Extra Space Storage is truly over and beyond any expectation that I have experienced. The staff are knowledgeable and very oriented with sharing information with clients, with friendly aid so as to rent You only the amount of space needed. For the period of time necessary and also providing information for insurance for the items in storage the staff is a pleasure to do business with! The facilities are clean and sanitary at all times, very well kept and I recommend this facility whole heartedly! I am thankfull to be able to share this message!

Last Tues I called Easy Storage and spoke to Chad who was very helpful giving information on my storage needs, then within five minutes Laura of Roseville facility (100 Junction Blvd) called and we scheduled time for me to meet store manager Mike. Today I met with Mike and he was very helpful explaining procedures at Easy Storage and found the perfect 10 x 30 unit that best suits my needs. Mike even gave excellent directions for getting onto I-80 from Easy Storage. Mike is professional and personable. Made this stressful moving situation easier.

AVOID!!!!!!! I brought my stuff here because they advertise good rates online. However, they have raised my rates 3 times in less than 1.5 years, a 30% increase in monthly fees. I was supposed to pay $59/month. However, they add a $9/month insurance fee to all accounts, regardless if you have your own homeowners or renters insurance (which covers your belongings ANYWHERE in the world). Now they want $87/month. Im looking for a new location. Oh yeah, they still advertise my 5 x 15 space for $59/month but theyre asking me for $87!!!!

The staff at ExtraSpace Storage was wonderful! I called ahead and they were extremely friendly as they offered to hold the last 10x15 unit available until I could make it down to the property to take a look. There is a storage facility right next door and their facility doesnt compare. ExtraSpace is clean, more secure, and has extended access hours. I would definitely recommend ExtraSpace Storage. Thank you Michael and Laura! You guys rock!

I had a last-minute emergency experience and the staff at this location were able to prepare whatever they could before I arrived so that when I arrived my experience was quick smooth and very easy I have dealt with other storage facilities before and this one stands out by far . Five stars hands down . Very impressive. This type of customer service is nonexistent these days .

We had the ultimate crazy moving day and we were supposed to get there at 11 in the morning but ended up getting into the office at the very end of the day to actually get the unit and start unloading. Laura was fantastic and zipped me right through everything quickly and easily. Great customer service. Very happy to store my belongings here.

Extra Space Storage is the only storage facility I will use! The facility is always clean and I feel safe having my belongings stored here. The extended gate hours are great for me as a working mom. The staff is great and everyone is super friendly. Especially the Manager, Michael, who is awesome and always very helpful.

Staff is super friendly and very responsive! I only need my storage unit for a couple weeks and I love that they have a month to month lease. I will use this facility for any future storage needs! I know I already mentioned it but their customer service is just stellar. Very knowledgable and helpful staff.

The person helping us was funny and informative. There was a discrepancy between the call center and the Web prices but the manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction very promptly. Overall, having dealing with storage places for at least 10 years now, this place is in my top 3 to date.

World Class Customer Service! The units are in excellent shape and very clean. There is excellent lighting for the units. The manager I have been working with (Michael Nordyke) is professional, very good natured and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
