Absolutely my favorite storage facility in Sacramento. It can be a little out of the way for most people but its well worth the drive. The staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop here. The units are all very clean and available in a wide variety of sizes. The promotion they offer is unbeatable. Pay the first months rent and you get the next 3 months free! What really sold me was the sense of security. Cameras are everywhere. The staff is frequently patrolling the grounds. There is only one entrance with a sturdy gate. Only one vehicle can punch their code and enter at once so nobody can sneak in. Those that try are chased down and ejected immediately. A strict policy is followed about your unit. Unless you give permission, nobody is allowed to access your unit but you, very reassuring. I had an ex try multiple times to sneak into mine and I received a call right away to alert me. My only suggestion would be slightly later hours. I dont mind all that much though. They only close early because the facility is locked down when the staff leaves unlike most competitors that allow access without supervision. I would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

It is cheap but they had a hard time finding me a unit that wasnt damaged. When they finally did... (the door has ZERO clearance so good luck getting anything long like a couch in there) I moved in. It rained the next week. Huge leak in my unit that damaged two dressers. I called to tell them and they said they would male a work order to repair the leak but it would take a day or two to get a guy to do it. And they didnt care about my damaged dressers. Every time I go, their gate is open and it doesnt say if you log in right or wrong...and it never works. And then when you go in, they run you down and threaten to charge you $60 for "tailgating" when you legitimately tried to enter your code. Despite advertising $50/ unit everywhere...When you go in it is $60. And they have everywhere that they are open til 6pm. But they close at 5. And if you are 30 seconds late leaving they want to charge you for that too. Bottom line- false advertising for a dirty run down crappy place that will destroy your stuff and nickel and dime you to death. Better off paying $20 more a month for a real storage facility.

The staff in the office is extremely unprofessional, And unorganised. I came in the office to report a leak. And it took them about a month to fix it, after we told them about it multiple times. And their zero liability policy means that "if we accidently set your unit on fire were not responsible for it". Over all the staff is nerve wracking and just plainly a pain to talk with, maybe the staff was just having a bad day I dont know. Ether way that doesnt mean that that have to ruin my day. I hope the management does something about it. I hope this message was help full to whomever is planing on storing theyre belongings at this location

Got the storage unit May 1 and paid for four months up front. My moveout date was August 1 but I had moved into my new house July 1 so I went into the facility and told the worker that I was going to be removing all my things and would no longer be storing stuff in that unit. Today I get a call saying that I did not fill out a move out form and that they wanted to charge me a prorated amount for this month when I moved out a little over a month ago. I would not recommend the storage unit to my worst enemy! Their office staff was very unprofessional

The units are crappy, the employees are rude. The contract has a ton of rules (bring a dog on the property, smoking, not "properly" punching out out, being to loud ect) that charges you $50. The hours change seasonally which is really annoying, they usually close before 5. They cant even bother to send you a bill. The only thing you get in the mail is a late fee.

Im getting ready to get a storage unit here tomorrow 10 - 5 - 2016 The the price for the size unit Im getting seems to be pretty good in the neighborhood. Its a little bit further from my house, but Im willing to travel the distance for the price. Well see how it goes from here.

Office staff a pleasure to deal with. The storage area is constantly improving. I have been leasing from a-all for 10+ years. Rates have increased a lot over the years, but are better than other storage facilities.
