I have nothing but good things to say about this company and location. Weve rented from them on two separate occasions now. Every employee Ive encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful, and has gone out of their way to make my experience pleasant. The facility itself is very well maintained with gated security as well as individual security on each unit. We chose Trojan in particular for their climate controlled storage units, and stayed because of the good rates and great employees. If we ever need storage again in the future, I know who Im going with for the 3rd time!

This place used to be great. Now that they have new owners it blows. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the owners are cheap. Paying double what I was when I moved in and they still cant seem to afford carts for the tenants. They used to have a dozen carts now they have 2 for the entire facility. Mandatory insurance and quarterly rate increases. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Manager was super helpful when I showed up ten minutes before closing. She carefully explained the pricing including insurance. She prorated everything in my favor and Ben included an Internet special that I didnt know about. The facility is sparkling clean as is my unit.

This place used to be great but, not anymore. Ever since the new owners and management took over we have almost constant rent hikes. Plus, they nickel and dime you for insurance and anything else they can think of. Consider this my notice.
