We just rented a storage unit with them after helping a friend of ours move into his unit. I am very impressed by the level of customer service compared to other facilities we have rented from. Love the security, location and convenience of this place, as well as the fact that they are military friendly! Overall we feel like we made a very good decision selecting LifeStorage Natomas Park.

I called for pricing and availability on bubble wrap that I needed ASAP. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful with my needs! I do not rent here, but with the great customer service I feel that if I needed storage space this is definitely where I would do business. By the way, I have never seen such a well kept and clean storage property.

First, they wasnt there, had a sign on the door. They have a funky, arrogant and disrespectful attitude. When I move in 2 months, will never return to this location.
