I dont know about prices of rental spaces at Stow-Away Mini Storage, but I sure know about the policies. I went to look at a trailer that was for sale by one of the renters. The office was closed, but someone was coming out of the building. When I tried to ask questions, the woman in charge bit my head off. She yelled that they were closed and I couldnt see any trailer without the tenant being present. I thought that was a reasonable policy. However, there was no need to treat me or my 78 year partner like we were criminals. I have never in my adult life been so vehemently chastised by a person in a customer service position. The entire conversation should have been done without rancor or anger. I did not respond in kind to her acidic tone. I would recommend a course in customer relations and anger management.

I have never had the luck two of your reviews have had. makes me wonder what really happened. I have been a renter for a long time now with no problem. everyone is nice, everything is clean & well taken care of. I am just wondering if the not so lucky people think they are above everyone else. the people that work there are very nice. I could not see them mistreat anyone. I have seen people come when I have been there & try to bully them to get there way. even if you do not get your way go to where you do last I checked it was still a free country.

Prices are great and the employees are awesome. Having an issue with my bank sending payment twice for 3 months now and they are very understanding!

Most rude and angry employees I think I have ever come across. Not worth the hassle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT PLACE!!
