If you want dead mice, mice droppings and the worst customer service you can think of, this is the place for you!!!!!!!!! After three years as a loyal,paying customer, I was greeted by an infestation of mice in my unit. When I confronted the manager, her answer was shocking! She was well aware of the mice as they had just evicted someone who was living in the unit. When I asked why I wasnt made aware her answer was, " Well, we dont want to lose business "! Are you kidding me!?! The district manager was just as useless, stating its against their policy to notify renters of rodents. Needles to say, I gave notice and left.

Scott and Victoria are helpful and professional and friendly staff. I recomend this place to all my friends and family. I feel very safe and secured about having my property here with them. They always go above and beyond to make sure that customers are taken care of.

Same as everyone else with the dead mice and damaged belongings inside the storage units. The manager said that they never had this type of problem before. They do not offer any kind of help nor even use of their garage cans to throw away the damaged belongings l.

The lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful. My storage is clean a bit small buy that all we can afford at the moment.
