My Daughter Stacey and I have been customers for many moons,,,,2003 to the present and have been absolutely happy with everything about SafKeep. Above all..... the great Staff there at the Milpitas location, Scott , Katie , Robert and all of the Staff who have been more than helpful always, very friendly and courteous and just a real pleasure to interact with. Especially in times of stress during the loss of our home and having to store our belongings in such a short amount of time...really do not know what we would have done without SafKeep...so thanks from the bottom of our hearts for your wonderful and caring Staff. We always recommend SafKeep to friends and other relatives and will continue to highly recommend SafKeep as a great place and very clean facility where it is safe and excellent Staff to work with..

I have been storing things at Saf Keep for over ten years,now. I have always been impressed with the fact that the facility is extremely clean and well cared for. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and will be undamaged when I need them. Over the years, I have come to know the staff, and they have become more like friends. They have always been very helpful and friendly, and there is always someone on site to assist, if/when needed. I would highly recommend Saf Keep for storing any and all belongings that are important to you. Additionally, they were very helpful with supplies, packing materials, and use of a company truck when moving items into storage.

I have been at this location for more than 2 years. First, this place is still clean. Second, the price was reasonable 2 years ago but now after they raised the rent about 15 dollars or so yearly, it has become no longer reasonable or competitive with public storage. I am considering moving back out. It means in these two years my small unit goes from 70 to 100 dollars. Third, the manager Scott never returned my call after 2 phone messages and one on site visit. It is time to move. My impression and experience went from happy from disappointed.

If youre looking for a clean, & safe storage unit this is the place for you! The staff is super friendly! My fiance and I chose this storage because they were the ONLY storage location we visited that had their camera systems on during our visit. They also have amazing perks when you sign up! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

So far the initial experience has been excellent. One surprise is that they have an option of having one of their staff members help (for a small fee; and reserve time ahead) to unload stuff into the storage locker with you. Very helpful indeed. The Manager (Scott) is very helpful and very efficient.

My experience with Saf Keep Storage has been good. The manager is very friendly and professional. I was given a very affordable price for my space. Besides that, the location is also perfect. It is just 3 minutes away interstate highway 880 exit.
