I cant even begin to tell you how enjoyable our experience has been with Public Storage on Peralta, in Fremont, CA thanks to the efforts of Kim, the manager. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a stickler for customer service. I expect information to be clear, concise and given with a friendly demeanor. Not only have I gotten all of this with Kim, but she has also minimized the majority of challenges faced with renting a storage space by offering many helpful tips. Everytime I come during the day, I have noticed Kim with a broom or mop in her hands busily cleaning the individual storage buildings or see here pushing her maintenance and cleaning cart back to the office, showing me that her customer service skills go way beyond the friendly personality we experienced when first arriving and completing the required paperwork. There is always a smile and a heartfelt greeting from Kim when she sees us. In closing, I would also add that I rarely take the time to compliment a company because of their employees, but I felt obligated to with Kim. If Public Storage takes this much care in hiring their employees, then I can definitely see us doing business with them for a very long time. Great job Public Storage and Kim, hats off to you girl for a job well done. Public Storage, Kim is a keeper and I would start thinking of moving her up the career ladder ! !

I had a storage unit at this facility for a couple of years. The original site manager didnt seem too great, but then Kim came in and replaced her and I could see Kims dedication to ensuring the property remained safe, which was very important since I had items in my storage that were dear to my heart and full of memories. I have since moved out because I was able to store my items in a backyard shed instead, which was a great savings for me. I did not like that public storage raised the rent so frequently (I have had many storage units at various PS facilities in the last 10 years). Big increases in rent are not a good way of business and keeping long term customers. The 5 star rating is for my admiration of the way Kim has maintained the property and kept stuff safe. If I was rating the cost, it would get 2 stars.

I rented last week . I went in with not much expectation as my experience on other storage places . But I was lucky to get storage as well a wonderful employee .Nasira was very helpful , quick ,pleasant . She 1st showed me storage unit as a professional and explained all charges in detail , timings ,rules regulations as well as different insurance options . when I agreed to rent storage she was fast to filling out all the papers and setting up auto payment. And also offered cold glass of water. Made sure before letting me go that my gate code is working . I would recommend this place to everyone due to my experience with NASIRA

Great Experience !!!!!!! It was my first time going to Public Storage,and Ive had a few different storages at different places and the customer service was unacceptable! The employees were barely present and when they were there they made me feel like i wasnt wanted there! When I came to Public Storage I was assisted by a young lady named Manisha. She was very kind, helpful and enthusiastic. It was a very easy and smooth experience moving my things into my storage knowing that iI had people that really took the time to help me out. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

Ive been a tenant here at this location for many years. Ive seen different managers come and go. I have to say Kim is my favorite. Shes always smiling and always has something nice to say, very pleasant person. Great customer service. When me and my wife rented the storage unit it was our first time and we did not know anything about storage rentals Kim went out of her way to show us how to pack our unit so that everything fit right. I really appreciate her expertise. Thanks for all your courtesy Kim great job!!

I give this storage facility 5 stars mainly because of the excellent customer service! Daniella was fairly new when we rented our unit but she learned quickly and was so nice and personable it was like she was in (great) customer service for years! Later on we met Kim and she was always very helpful and accommodating! When it was time to give up our unit, Kim made the process easy and quick! I would highly recommend this facility. It was safe, easy to access and the ladies were awesome!

Ive never been to such a nice storage location. Kim is just awesome! She has wonderful customer service skills. Very helpful and great with suggestions on storing and packing my unit. Its been very helpful to have moving supplies here on hand as I did not realize how much stuff I had. Its very easy and convenient for me to get whatever I need for my packing. This storage facility is very clean and I feel very safe here. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

I was in today and spoke to Kim manager at this location. She was very friendly an helpful. I needed a size that was not available at her property, her customer service was awesome !! Unfortunately I had to go to a different property. Kim went out of her way to help me find something that would work best for me. She was very considerate about my circumstances. If she had the size unit I needed I wouldve stayed there. I will definitely be back.thank you for all your help.

They have always had nice, kind,helpful employees, But the one person I can name for the wonderful help would be Nasira. I sincerely recommend it as not only are the facility and storage room clean and safe but the Kim, the manager, is a true angel. I was in the public storage on Peralta Blvd in Fremont . Kim was very helpful, I bought some moving supplys for my move. Even tho I dont need a storage unit at this time, I will definitely go back to Kim she seems to be very good with her customers . Very professional and very friendly. We love this public storage unit location, Kim is FANTASTIC. We have always been so leery about storage locations, but we were doing a remodel and needed to store most of our home items for a period of time. Kim has been so helpful and at times when we have forgotten our code, she knows who we are and is always there to help. Thank you Kim and its always a pleasure to see your smiley face!!!
