The Property Mgr. Anitra made my 1st public storage rental a very pleasent expierence. Shes got an Awesome personality and she is sure to take the time to satisfy her customers. its Not the typical retail expierence where its a race to see how fast The Associate can get the customer out the door... She took the time to completly switch my storage unit after spending the time to finalize the original 1st one we had done. Anyone needing storage needs or even just need to pick up boxes or moving supplies. Drop by and see Anitra she will send you away with a smile and a satisfied expierence. Not to mention shes freakin gorgeous and cool as hell. I never take the time to write a review but this overall awesome expierence i had in a time of feeling stressed and sorta mad she was very professional and cool and made the whole thing go smooth which kinda turned the mood around. Thank You your a rad chicky indeed :)

My name is John Bittner and I just recently rented a space from Anita the property manager of this location and she was very helpful, she took the time to find out exactly what I was storing to make sure she got me in the right size at the best affordable price, she showed me a few different units each were very clean as well as the property her relief manager Mikey has been very helpful too, as Im writing this review with his smart phone since I am not able to write one with my tablet. Both Anitra and Mikey have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

I had a very positive customer experience with Public Storage over a 3-year period and I attribute that to Kim, the manager. She was professional, caring and concerned that I had all of the information that I needed and explained the process meticulously. When I visited my storage space, she greeted me by name, smiled and showed interest in me as her customer. I own a small business...if I owned a large company and I was looking for employees, Kim is the model employee I would look for. She is customer focused, efficient, a great communicator and a caring human being. Thank you to Kim!

Have used this place before and was very happy with the people that were there. Was concerned when I saw a new face. But, Anitra is wonderful. She is very good at what she does. Im sure whatever they pay her its not enough, but, I sure hope she wont leave. She is friendly and professional. And, truthfully, she must have a difficult job the way they keep raising the fees. Last time here they never raised mine. Now 2X and very significant. I would have marked way down, but, for her I give 5* keep smiling, Anitra, and make sure those corp. people treat you right. You could go anywhere!

After 6 Months Raised Rent +15%. I can expect an increase in rates but 15% in the first 6 months. WOW! and then I was told they will regularly review and raise rates. Bye! They seem to be inconsistent in the policies they point to in their contracts. Ex. My contract says they will "Email" me when rates are changed. But when I explained I still have not seen an email specific to a rate increase I was told it was mailed to me. Anyways, at a more straight forward, reasonable spot with predictive rate increases.

Moving is not the greatest of experiences but Anitra makes it as seamless and painless as possible. She has such a wonderful, patient personality. It was a true pleasure bringing my business to this particular Public Storage. Anitra, who is the resident manager at the storage facility, found me a great space for a wonderful price and helped me with flexible dates due to unforeseen changes in moving plans. I visited a few sites around the area and for my needs this one was exceptional. I highly recommend this site!

I went online and was looking for a 10 by 20 space but mistakenly held a parking space, I went into the property to rent it and realized it was not what I needed. The manager Anitra was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find the right size I needed and transfer my reservation so I could be at a different property that was close to me. She had excellent customer service skills and was very accommodating, was able to find me a storage that works and solve my problem! Thank you so much for all the help.

I cant say enough about the manager of this location. Anitra really understands customer service. I utilize this facilities parking and also have a storage unit here. Anitra is always helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that I have what I need. My storage needs are constantly changing and the transitions are always smooth and efficient. Anitra makes this often frustrating part of doing business a pleasure. Thank you Anitra for all your help.

Moving is stressful especially when youre going through difficult situations in your life, the property manager here Anitra made my move a lot easier by assessing what I had and telling me what size storage i needed. She was also super empathetic towards my situation and very efficient and speedy considering I was on a time restraint. Ive been here several years. The staff and onsite manager, Anitra are great. Ez beeezy, great renter screening, immediate expulsion If any creepies happen to get a space and shouldnt. Very stable long term other professionals mostly as co tenants- we watch out for the property and each other and Anitra immediately dispatches anyone questionable when alerted- so we are in great hands. Convenient location, great hours. Thumbs up. Solid.

I went in super stressed about the remolding we were doing at our home and Marrisa was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Knowing that I was really stressed she informed me that she would be following up with me to answer any other questions I might have and sure enough a few days later that call came in. She made this the easiest part of the remodel.

I have a great customer service from Kim the Manager. Every time I had a question on availability of picking a vehicle storage place Kim did and has done her research. I store my work truck at this location. I am very pleased with the daily customer service. When Kim is on shift I am greeted in the morning and when I return I am also greeted.
