Public Storage on Alvarado Niles in Union City, I cant forget that day when I drove with excitement through the City roads enjoying the scenery, the breeze, and eager to be able to store my belongings in a place I can call safe, appropriate and accessible. That day, I wasnt able to find the property location and drove for a while and for a long time, yet I was s determined to go to that particular location. I stopped at another location and a kind worker called the Alvarado property for me to give me a clearer description of the location. I finally made it to the property and even though I was exhausted, I was happy and relaxed being there. Right upon my arrival I met Jackie whom was so nice, caring, professional , she was a like a close friend meeting someone coming from far away , her greetings , her spirit . Jackie is an amazing person, I was so happy to meet her that day, felt so good about using that property and her demeanor made me feel at ease, she cares about people , their needs , answered my questions regarding the storage size, took me to see in person, gave me enough information which made me very comfortable. Jackie delivers an outstanding customer service, she is very patient indeed, loves what she is doing , and do what makes her customers love her service. Thank you Jackie You Are The Best ! I Recommend This public storage location to everyone , Its SPECIAL ........

We couldnt be more delighted. It wasnt five minutes after we reserved a large storage unit on-line that I received a phone call from the site manager, Jackie, regarding unit options and she answered my initial questions. We then scheduled a site visit and was pleased that the entire site was gate-secured, immaculate,and well maintained. Jackie and Mike were very welcoming, personable, easy to talk to, informative and answered all our detailed questions. We signed up for the rental of a large unit. Its noteworthy to mention that they also sell locks for your unit and a wide variety of moving and packing materials on site. I would confidently recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit for any period of time needed. Storage units are conveniently accessible seven days a week.

I used this storage facility from 2011 to 2016. The premesis were always clean and secure during my "stuffs" entire stay there. Jackie (the property manager) has an amazing memory for faces. I ran into her at a nearby grocery store and she remembered who i was despite having met me only once. We moved into a bigger place and no longer needed storage and JACKIE was once again AMAZING. She was able to get my rent prorated for the month. So yes as long as Jackie is there I would definately use them again!!!!

I had an amazing time at this storage unit, largely in thanks to Jackie - one of the friendliest people Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Talking with her felt like meeting up with an old friend. She was very kind and helpful, and it felt like setting up the contract for my storage unit went by extremely fast due to how engaging she was. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. If you have the option, call ahead and find out when Jackie is working to make sure you have a great experience.

I rented at this location about a month ago and the manager Jackie Erber is a gem. She asked me several questions to make sure she knew what size space I needed and she was right. It is perfect. I hadnt even started packing yet and she recommended several items that were useful. She even called me a week later to see how my move went and if I needed anything. Jackie made a stressful situation much more pleasant. Thanks Public Storage for doing a great job on choosing your employees!

Jackie the Property Manager was wonderful and very very helpful to say the least! I have rented from other Public Storage locations before but by far Jackie has been the most knowledgeable and helpful of all the Property Managers. She even offered and helped me resolve my other issues with another PS location. I say wow! She is an extra ordinary person. She also helped me decided what to get, and I am just so happy and satisfied with her excellent customer service and care.

Nice location. The first time I came to this location, I was not very sure as to what size of unit I would be needing. I spoke with Jeanette. she was very accommodating and quite pleasant. I asked if I could have a few more days to think and decide. On the day I finally made my decision, another very nice lady, Jackie, helped me with the registration process. She was very pleasant and accommodating; a very nice person to speak to. I would definitely recommend this place.

Since I started open my storage in this place the manager jackie is so nice, friendly and every time you need help or asking a question regarding on your account she is always there to help you and I notice too for being in this place for 3 yrs. Jackie is very informative, helpful, and friendly. My parents had their storage with them for over 10 years. I had my own storage with another company and the workers there was just not as helpful and as nice Jackie. When our father passed away she expressed empathy towards our family and helped us settle the paperwork to get our storage back. We are forever thankful for Jackies help during these rough times.
