I was in a situation where I needed a storage asap and with Thanksgiving being today and preparing for it yesterday I was pressed for time. I made reservations prior but was pushing it to arrive at the location on time. When I called the lady was closing and only had 5 minutes to get there or she would have to leave. When I arrived she was there and was I relieved. Nasira was nice enough to aasist me in spite of an injury she had and the pain to her foot or the long commute she had awaiting. Nasira went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me explaining details and finding me something within my budget. She did it in a professional and pleasant manner. I could not express enough my appreciation and gratitude for helping me in a dire situation. If there were more nasiras in this world? It would make things a better place and way of things getting done easier. Nasira should be compensated for a job she take serious and a job well done. Good employees are hard to find and ones that should be treated well to keep them around so they never leave. Thank you again Nasira Della

hello , i just want to say this storage is great.I have been helped in a nice way that when i leave from making my payment i always fill good when i walk out.the property is kept clean ,the office people are nice and helpful ,i really like this place and i am glad that i chose this one.Any time i needed to ask a question or needed help it was right away service.I have came in at times in a bad mod and the help i get made me smile when i walk out all the time.I think the people there in the office treat everyone with respect,so now when i go make my payment i am always in a good mod because i know if i am not i will leave in a good mod and my payment is very fare, i like this storage .My dad used it and that is why i chose to use it and now i am glad i chose this place.I have seen other places but this is the one that i think is best for me and i am hard to please,i am always going to use this storage i like it

This place is horrible! Staff is a nightmare especially the onsite Manager name Ashley. We rented a unit located on the old main building which was poorly maintained with pot holes, bumps, water sewer with a big gaping hole on the ground. It was a hassle driving in and out due to poor lighting at night all the lights were out. Holes on the unit wall we brought to the staff attention but nothing was done. This particular location is filthy. All the staff including the manager does not conduct themselves professionally. Weve seen them all smoking cigarettes in front of the building while customers walk in, riding around the carts, yelling at customers. One incident a staff approach us yelling and screaming without identifying herself asking us to open the garage because she couldnt see us. This place need new staff overhaul, dont go to this place you will be watched and harassed!

I recently moved into this storage facility. This place is a wonderful place to rent and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family. The units are temperature controlled, clean - inside and out, and the staff have been very courteous from day one. All of the women there (i have encountered 4) have made sure we moved in with ease and have ensured all of our needs are met. There has not been one staff member that hasnt greeted me upon entry and hasnt helped me move purchased boxes to my car. It was important for me to make this review because most folks take the time to write poor reviews but it is great to feel welcome and appreciated for your business. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

State of California pushed me and my 40 motorhome off our storage site in Milpitas, CA. Short notice due to BART expansion! I called and called RV storage companies with zero luck or extravagant costs, like double what I was paying. I finally connected with Public Storage. They searched their entire inventory in several cities while I was on the phone and found a perfect spot at their Newark facility, closer than I am today at less cost. The managers were polite and efficient and went out of their way to accomodate some of my special needs. Im sold on Public Storage and the people who manage it. Thanks Public Storage

I would totally recommend this place. My experience here is great, as a couple of people that I knew use this particular facility, because of the property manager. She i very nice, organize, clean, and TOUGH. I think I came in past the property usage hour to grab something really quick, she literally went to my own storage and told me to leave LOL! Which you can totally understand, wouldnt you want to feel secure knowing someone is watching the facility. I know my stuff is secure, would use this place again :) Thank you for all the hard work :)

I never had much respect for Public Storage. Boy did these guys prove me wrong. My daughter took my car, and instead of returning it, left it with my ex, causing huge problems for both of us. I was so impressed when I got a call from Public Storage letting me know that my daughter had taken my car and not returned it. Brilliant service. I could not have asked for better human security. Use these guys, they do a great job.

Nasira was very helpful and informative. She gave us a tour of both spaces that we were considering and offered the pros and cons of renting each space based on our needs. She was very good in explaining the price differences of on site leasing compared to leasing the space online. Overall a very nice experience. Great Job Nasira....Public Storage Management, she is a keeper.

Kim helped me with a unit today and some moving supplys for my move, I had to move unexpectedly. I have to admit when I walked in I wasnt in the best of moods, but actually after I got my unit situated. And got my mind off my situation. Kim was very helpful. She actually cheered me up. Very nice and professional staff. I really appreciate her help. Excellent service!

I recently rented a parking space for my pickup truck at this Public Storage location and so far am very pleased with the management. The nice lady, Nasira who showed me around and took care of the paper work was very friendly and was a big help. I would strongly recommend this place if you need extra storage space.
