my name is shawn and i have had a storage at the travis blve location for a couple of months now and since i recommended someone else who got a storage there i got half off my second months rental price. its the cleanest and most professional facilty ive ever delt with and i feel my things are protected. you come in and your personal storage alarm is disarmed and when you leave it is set. i may be down grading to a smaller unit soon and have been assured by patrica that i will be taken care of and that it shouldnt be no problem getting a price deduction if it is after ive paid for the month of the current unit pricing and size. patrica and mary are the two lovely associates i have had the pleasure of dealing with there and they are both very personable and polite and i enjoy it when i see them and speak with either of them. and if you have a upstairs inside unit, the convenient dolly carts they have are an amazing conveinence plus. i recommend solano storage to anyone.

I moved my belongings into the storage unit around September of last year the grounds are very clean which is one of the reasons why I chose to rent a unit with them. The process was very easy and the young lady who helped me with my unit was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also like that I can pay my storage fees online I can call them and make a payment or is he just going to the office so I have a lot of shins because Im very busy it helps that I dont have to mail a payment or always go into the office. I had one issue paying my rent I made a double payment some how and the office manger was very helpful and worked with me to get my money back. Lastly they give you a ten day grace period to make your payment befor charging a late fee which has also came in handy. I would use them again and I do recommend them to my family, friends and acquaintances . By far my best experience dealing with a storage unit company.

I love this storage facility. But just two issues I dont like. The mice, and the price. Really exspenive. And every year the price goes up. Looking to vacate ASAP. If they would just keep the price the same would help a great deal. And the mice. Hopefully our belongings arent ruined. Other than that. Its a good place. I like the security.
