We had initially had issues with the policy re: vacating and it has gotten worse. After notifying their staff in person the day we vacated, and a phone call a week later, I learned that Airport Self-Storage has continued to charge my credit card for three months rent; $750. I have disputed the charges as we have been unable to contact the management to correct this. Make sure you give notice before the 20th of the month you depart or you will end up paying for an entire extra month of storage. We decided to move our household on the 24th, vacated on the 27th, and had to pay for entire next month; horrible business practice. We have found a much better, cleaner storage facility for half the price.

I have a medium-sized storage unit at this place and always feel completely safe and secure there - and my stuff is too! There is a monitored and coded gate to exit and enter the property. All storage spaces are under one roof on three levels and all halls, entrances and exits are constantly monitored. It is cleaner than most restaurants and a maintainance man is always on the premises when I have been there. I dont think there is ever anything but the very best possible service from a professional staff. Im very picky about cleanliness and safety, and Im very happy to store my things in this facility. I would have no hesitation to store my most valuable items here if I needed to.

My fiance had rented years ago from Airport Road Self Storage and loved it. So, when I needed a place to store my belongings for a year and a half, this is where I came. The facility was always dirt/dust free and spotless. As a woman I felt secure when I had to get items from the unit by myself, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I just moved to a bigger place so I terminated my lease with them, but all of my things are in perfect condition. I had a bed and linens stored, and they smell as fresh and clean as the day I put them away. I highly recommend this business--you wont be disappointed!

We looked long and hard to find a location to store our household possessions while we were out of the country. Our friends had highly recommended Airport Road Self Storage as clean safe facilities with a great staff. We were not disappointed. The location is central to the Monterey peninsula and the prices are competitive. But it is inexpensive when you realize the value of the location. I definitely echo my friends in highly recommending this property as a place to store your stuff short or long term.

They have been professional, helpful and reliable throughout the entire process of moving and storing my furnishing. I find the facility clean, well-lighted and very secure.The pricing is fair and the hours flexible. I recommend Airport Storage without hesitation!
