Family member had a unit here and then bacame very ill and unable to pay or visit unit. Our family paid the outstanding debt, but were stil locked out of the unit and told we could not take the things out of the unit and that the person who originally signed the contract had to sign off or they would continue to charge for the unit. We were not allowed to take paperwork to my family member, and the spouse was not able to sign even thought they are married and the property in the unit belongs to both. We have been told different things each time we called or came by to clear up the debt and were sent a lock-down notice dated 2 weeks before it was mailed, which gave us less time than was stated in the contract to take care of the bill. NOT HAPPY with the service we received.

Great people run the place. When looking for storage they didnt have anything available at the time but called us when something opened up. Gates close a little earlier than I like but since I am local I dont have a problem with the hours rates are reasonable and the place is very clean.
