This property has really gone down hill. The grounds are dirty, they dont use pest control they have rats in the units chewing on your furnishings and they make you purchase insurance which doesnt cover this damage! Nor do they clean along the property line and the restroom for their tenants to use is in deplorable condition. It hasnt been cleaned in MONTHS if at all since theyve taken over! There are cobwebs in corners and dirt, leaves on the floor, and the toilet and sink, FORGET BOUT IT! Im on site several times a month and we now have to go to the office (if theyre open) and ask to use the bathroom. They act like its such an inconvenience to them as this management walks out and unlocks the door for you. The first time this happened I thought that the bathroom would be really clean as it had always been. Previous management left the door wide open during the day for us to use if we needed; they also kept it spotless. Its just laziness! As soon as I can find another large storage space elsewhere Im relocating. I think Ill try another company.

I have had a unit at this facility for several months. At one time I had two units and when it came time to vacate one of them there wasnt anyone in the office. I called and left a message that I had vacated. On my next statement they had charged me another month because I did not come to the office to cancel. Well how can you do that when there is never anyone in the office. Any way the district manager removed the charges and I was grateful. Latly I have been noticing changes. The facility is cleaner, there is always someone in the office and one time I didnt lock my unit and when I came back the manager had placed a lock on it for me. I believe her name is Denna, she has really seemed to make some positive changes. Keep it up and thanks again.

I lost my house a few months ago, and I needed to find a place to put my things. I came to this location not knowing what to expect. I walked into the office and was greeted by Utonia, she asked me a few questions and with in minutes she knew what I needed. She showed me the space, which I thought was two small. She insured me that with what I was storing that space would work out fine. She was absolutely right, not only am I greatly satisfied with my space. I am completely amazed but the wonderful customer service I received by her. I would most definitely recommend to family and friends, not only for the great rate I got, but for Utonias knowledge and compassion to the situation I was going through. Great experience

So sad that my favorite girl is transferring to another location. Utonia is the best employee public storage has. I have rented at several locations in concord and Martinez, I have yet to see anyone that tops her. I will miss her so much, I think I have given her a google before, but I really think she needs another one. Public storage is truly blessed to have her, I know she is just transferring to another location but Im just so heart broken to lose her. This review is for you Utonia, you have such an amazing personality which is hard to find in the field that you work in. I wish you so much joy and happiness in Antioch. I have had a storage at this location for a long time, I must say Utonia has the best personality that Ive seen yet at public storage. When I rented she was the one who helped me, she always has a smile on her face no mater when or what day it is. I could go on and on about her. Just coming into the office today to pay my bill and seeing her with that wonderful smile on her face brings so much joy to me. Public storage really should be glad to have her working for them. She keeps that property clean at all times. Best customer service I have ever seen. If you need storage I suggest going to this location, even if its out your way. Well worth the drive.

Great place to store your items! I have been renting a storage here at this location for years, and I must say Utonia is truly amazing. She has a wonderful, cheerful attitude. She always keeps that beautiful smile on her face, I have seen her face some pretty tough people but she always treats EVERYONE with dignity and respect. I have been in customer service and its hard to find people like her. I tell her when ever I see her you are such a beautiful person Im sure we public storage is blessed to have you. This property is always clean, I feel my belongings are safe.

I rented a storage place at this location and was extremely satisfied with my decision. After looking around different locations near Concord, i chose this location because of the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The property manager was very professional and answered any questions i had. At first, i was concerned about the security, but after talking with her, i have no doubts my belongings will be in danger.I strongly recommend this location.

Me and my boyfriend rented a storage unit at this location, and even though this was our first time renting a storage unit, the property manager was very helpful in our needs. I was very impressed on how she always makes sure the property is clean and she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I would definitely recommend this location!!! if you are in need of a great place to store your belongings go see the staff at this location.

Public Storage at this Location has Finally Stepped it up! Thanks to Deena! They finally hired someone who cares about us as customers. Deena is one of the Nicest persons Ive met! She really shows that she genuinely cares about myself as a Customer, and my service issues handle promptly. Ive also seen other customers say the same thing. Great job Public Storage & Great Job Deena! I would definitely recommend this Public Storage Location.

This storage facility I would recommend to anyone. It is very very clean., well kept area security is very good. Office staff Utonia is the nicest., most helpful., office personnel you can EVER want to work with she is very professional and when you talk to her you know she is smiling. I cant say anything bad about the storage location! Great office and wouldnt move my stuff anywhere.

This is my first experience of renting a storage. I love the way they help the customers go through the whole process. Deena is a friendly staff who led me all along. Anyana was really earnest who assisted me to start my car engine, and helped me use the jumper cable patiently when my car battery dead. Definitly considering public storage as first choice next time during a long trip!
