THIS PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY, SINCE THEIR PAST MANAGER, A SHEILA SMITH + her relative A COP & WORLDWIDE CRIME GANGS, (I have been told, by public storage district manager, of contra costa county, california USA Public Storage, that I am not allowed to question any public storage employee about their past employee, sheila smith, and if I do not like public storage I need to move my storage out of public storage. Public Storage has lots of info on me...and this district manager will not tell me her last name &/or family name) WHO ALSO WAS AT PUBLIC STORAGE FACULTY IN PLEASANTON, CA USA, SLEEZY CASTRO VALLEY, CA USA, RENO, NEVADA USA, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA USA, SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA USA, OAKLAND, CA USA ETC ETC HAS WILLFULLY, WITH MALICE, BEEN AMONG THE MANY GUILTY OF AGGREVATING STALKING, HACKING, STEALING ETC IDS I REPRESENT (SEE MY TWITTER @IAMONLYCAFFREY) & MY INHERTANCES (I HAVE RECOVERED NONE OF MY INHERTANCES YET). I HAVE HAD ONE "SMITH" OR ANOTHER "SMITH" AGGREVATING STALKING, HACKING, STEALING ETC IDS I REPRESENT (SEE MY @IAMONLYCAFFREY) & MY INHERTANCES ETC SINCE BEFORE 1979 (ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY BOARDWALK REGENCY HOTEL & CASINO>ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY CEASARS HOTEL & CASINO)>LAS VEGAS, NEVADA HILTON > MGM ETC ETC THIS PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY, LIKE ALL PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITIES, GUARENTEES THAT THEIR UNPACKAGED LOCK WITH KEYS-THESE 2EXPENSIVE LOCKS WITH KEYS ARE SOLD TO CUSTOMERS FOR STORAGE RENTAL UNITS-ONLY PURCHASER, OF UNPACKAGED LOCK, HAS KEYS, NO ONE ELSE. SHEILA SMITH HAS MOVED ON, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE HER. THE DESK CLERK, NOW AT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY, HAS ALSO GUARENTEED THE TWO UNPACKAGED LOCKS I HAD TO PURCHASE ((THEIR MIKE REMOVED A LOCK, I BOUGHT ELSEWHERE, I HAD ON STORAGE UNIT I RENT & SUPPOSEDLY THIS MIKE WAS FIRED (and a Barry & Jim were fired, at Public Storage, 1400 E Tropicana, LV NV 89119-both of these scums sold me unpackaged, unboxed storage unit lick & key-for thefts they did to Public Storage Company) BUT REPLACED WITH ANOTHER MIKE)) BUT I TRUST NONE AT ANY NATIONWIDE & CANADA ETC PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITIES. I RECENTLY WENT TO MY STORAGE FACILITY, AND BOTH LOCKS & KEYS (I PURCHASED BOTH LOCKS FROM SAME PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY) DID NOT OPEN NEITHER LOCKS. DISTRICT MANAGER, A VERNA, DOES NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO CUT OFF LOCKS ON STORAGE FACILITY(ONLY A PUBLIC STORAGE DISTRICT MANAGER CAN CUT OFF PUBLIC STORAGE RENTAL UNIT LOCK),THE LOCKS WERE CUT OFF WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT. ☆NO PUBLIC STORAGE OWNER, EMPLOYEE, INVESTOR CAN HAVE A COPY OF MY UNIT LOCK KEY...PER RENTAL AGREEMENT!☆ I AM UNABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT &/OR INSURANCE CLAIM UNTIL I TRAVEL BACK TO CALIFORNIA, FROM LAS VEGAS, NEVADA....I MUST DO THESE CHORES IN PERSON !! ☆☆☆MY TWEETS, POSTS, GOOGLE+ ETC, ON ALL MY ACCOUNTS, ARE ONLY MINE TO USE AS EXAMPLE, A COMLAINT ETC. I STAND ALONE ALWAYS.☆☆☆ IM NEVER INTERESTED IN ANY CLASS ACTION SUIT (I NEVER COLLECTED ANY MONIES IN THE CLASS ACTION SUIT, AGAINST PUBLIC STORAGE, AROUND 2011) &/OR ANOTHER/OTHERS JOINING ME IN LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST PUBLIC STORAGE. MY COMPLAINTS ARE ONLY MINE TO HANDLE. I REALIZE NOW, MY ID & ETC WAS STOLEN BY AGGREVATED STALKERS, HACKERS THIEVES & SLUMLORDS (INCLUDES SLUMLORDS, THEIR EMPLOYEES, OTHER APT RENTERS & THEIR GUESTS & PALS & COPS ETC) ETC WHEN I RENTED PUBLIC STORAGE UNITS AT PUBLIC STORAGE, BOULDER HWY, LV NV USA, IN 2003, AND BY PUBLIC STORAGE, NEWARK, CALIFORNIA USA, IN 2008. I CAN ONLY HOPE SOMEHOW I CAN FORCE PUBLIC STORAGE TO STOP SELLING UNBOXED LOCKS & KEYS, & LOCKS & KEYS THEY BUY, IN BULK WITHOUT PACKAGING OR IN A BOX. PUBLIC STORAGE EMPLOYEES ARE AGGRESIVE (HARD SELL) SELLING THEIR LOCKS&KEYS TO CUSTOMERS (LOCKS COST ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH COMPARED TO STORES) TELLING CUSTOMER THAT ONLY PUBLIC STORAGE LOCKS & KEYS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR THEIR STORAGE UNITS.

I write this review with such gratitude for the professional, kind, knowledgeable and supportive assist from Chris and Sheila at our Public Storage! From our initial phone contact with Sheila we were able to change our smaller online reservation unit to a larger one seamlessly and pleasantly! In addition, a kind, appreciative thanks goes out to another stellar staff member Chris after we found out that our moving truck broke down on the Public Storage property after unloading! In spite of this unexpected breakdown Chris was very understanding and gracious in allowing us to leave the moving truck on the premises until we were able to get a towing truck to move it elsewhere! No hassle...just support!! Our unit and the facility is very clean, well lit and clearly secure! The office hours are generous and its onsite location makes it easy to stop by and ask questions if needed! In summary, I rate this facility and its staff an easy 5 stars! I have been a customer for over 3 years. They have been great since the day that I first called them to ask about what space they had available. They are helpful, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, fun. I have worked with Sheila several times over the years and it is always a delight. Today, Marc helped me out and he was fantastic too. I have an issue and it was fixed in 10 minutes with a smile, some good conversation and some suggestions. I liked this facility so much that I had two other family members take storage units. They loved it too. No hassles moving in. The paperwork was easy. The facility is always clean and dry. The team is there for you no matter what you need. They are great. I am so lucky to have found space here. joe

I have been trying to write a review for this property for about a month and I find your site for this is not friendly. I want to tell you about the manager Sheila Smith is a very friendly lady and very helpful in setting up the right size of storage unit. I explained to her what my problem was moving from Hayward Ca. to Danville Ca. She returned my calls and was very helpful and I did move into the property, because of her being so interested in my move to the public storage. Thanks Sheila Smith... I am a first time renter at PS. I first meet with Chrisann over a month ago. I went to the site to ask some questions. She was about to close. Chrisann ended up staying 30 mins late to answer all my question. She said she would follow up with me, if I would like. I told her that would be a big help. Chrisann called me about 30 days later and said she is here to help if I needed. I ended renting a large unit from her. She was VERY helpful and VERY courteous. If everyone did their job like Chrisann. Life would be a lot easier. THANK YOU

We have had a storage unit at this facility for many years and have been very pleased with everything. From the cleanliness of the buildings and surrounding area, to the ease with which to access our things, to speaking with personnel on site, everything has been wonderful. In particular, at our latest visit, Chrisann was working at the office and she was VERY helpful with supplying us with whatever we needed. That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Keep up the good work!
