I used for this place for a short time for the fact that i had a issue with the price increase . I had forgot that my promo price was over. I trying talking to the staff member that was on duty at the time. he was very unhelpful he would cut me off when i try asking him things it was as if i was wasting his time. told me i had to pay him that day in full or they were going to put a lean on my things. it was not even with in the 10 late peirdo. when i asked to speak with a manger i was told that they were not there. they were gone on holiday leave. and he would leave a message. 3 days later i moved out of my unit and guess what . the manger Patrick was there. Patrick was more then helpful. took a way some fees and insured me he would talk with his employee. For me the management was a great help . however do to the lack of customer severs and no way to reach management . and all but laughed at when asked. i would not recommend this place. i fould other storage units that are cheaper and less hassle. if you do rent hear talk with management and save you some frustration

My family had a storage unit at Concord Self Storage when I was a teenager, so naturally I would come here when I needed storage as an adult. The Staff was always friendly and would greet us with a smile and the property was always clean; both as a teenager and as an adult. But when the chance for employment came up, it was a chance I couldnt pass up! Ive worked at Concord Self Storage for over a year and a half and it is by far one of the best facilities Ive seen. And Ive toured storage facilities all over Hayward, Fremont, Milpitas, Yucca Valley, Salinas, Los Banos, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord and even some in South Carolina! The owners of this facility really care about its customers! They not only keep the facility well maintained with many new upgrades within the past year but they are constantly striving to provide the best service and specials as well. So if you are looking for self storage, come here first! And if for some small reason we cant help you, we can at least assess your needs and direct you to another facility if necessary.

I would steer clear of this place. I have rented a storage unit since the 80s and have never had any theft. My truck had been at multiple storage locations the last 10 years, within months of bringing it here to store - it was stripped. Tires, interior, engine pieces, lights etc. Broken glass - and yet they never called to inform me? Also police officer said it looked like a job that was done "Over a few days" The staff was shady, they looked afraid or like they were hiding something. 3 other renters approached the officer to inform him they had also been broken into. Cameras were of course "Not working" at the current time so didnt catch anything. Good luck if you rent here.

I recently had an unexpected move. Reviewing all the storage facilities in the area, I found that Concord Storage went above and beyond in customer service. They helped me get the most for my money. Gave me excellent advice as to store my belongings in the most effective way. They were the most professional establishment that I had to deal with. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and helpful. My car battery died while I was there and the staff was right there to assist in a very stressful time. I cant Thank them enough for their friendliness!!

This facility is a much worse operation today than it was 2 years ago. Since the acquisition by iStorage, rental rates have been increased and office hours have decreased The systems used by iStorage to run the business are not user friendly. You will constantly receive impersonal automated emails from iStorage. The personal contact with prior management is gone. If you like a rude, faceless, bureaucracy to work with -- then you will love iStorage.

--------- The owners of this facility care about its customers! theyre available to help, either on the phone or when youre there . ive never asked for help loading or unloading, but i bet they would (if nobody else was waiting for help... ) . its also kinda nice that their prices are low and that they stay low (ive stored stuff for moren three years - with no price up-creep... ) . . . The only Twenty-Four Hour Access in town. Jessica and Pat runs a tight ship, no loitering on the bench; taking up any of the shade. And no using the water spicket. Bring your own water and bring your own power. And their good people too. Clean up your own mess. And pretty soon, any day now, they will have online payment service available.

The service here is FANTASTIC!!! Everything goes smooth!! Their online payment plan suits my needs! Theyre very accessible...right off the freeway!!! Their new hours are great to pick up things earlier and drop stuff later. Their rentals prices are great! Recommend them highly!!

Excellent customer service from Jermaine! He was very kind and made it hassle free and as easy as possible to quickly make sure I got the unit I wanted. On top of that, the prices for the area and convenience are pretty decent compared to other facilities in the area.

Excellent customer service i love that they are always clean and i SPECIALLY LOVE that they have surveillance and that every unit have alarms this a GREAT storage place so if you are looking for a good place to store your belongings this is a great place to store!!!!

I hear about it through my brother and sister in law, they have a unit there, and my I now rent a unit from them. Clean, quiet, easy to access. It is my first storage unit, so I have nothing to compare it to but I am very happy with it.

I tried very hard to open a business account with this facility, but was told 4 times what they CANT do, no help on what they CAN do. Clearly, they dont need the business. VERY unhelpful, and made no attempt to work with me.

My experience has been both professional, and friendly. Never have/had problems with my experience. Friendly people, and Great customer service skills displayed. Did I mention Ive had storages prior, and this is the best yet.

Been here 4 years, and Im moving out. Since being taken over by iStorage, this place has gone downhill - rent hikes, extra fees, and a rude interaction with upper management have convinced me its time to find another place.
