Bad experience: The unit I rented was infested with rodents, which I didnt realize until I was empting out the storage unit. There was rodent waste on the floor of the unit, the dressers that were stored in the unit had fecal matter and urine stains in the drawers, the cardboard boxes had holes chewed in them and the couch I had stored in the unit was destroyed by rodents using the couch material as nesting matter and a rodent nest was found in the corner of the couch. After taking several pictures of the damage I contacted the on site manager Mike who was helpful, he took pictures of the damaged couch said he would dispose of the couch for me, he also informed me that he would forward my concerns to the owner. Unfortunately when I received a response from the owner he was not as understating, he said that they were unable to take any responsibility for the damaged goods in the unit and he is "unable to process any request as it might have a negative impact on future determinations". Renters beware, if you use this facility store everything in metal containers and dont expect help from the owners if you have any damaged goods. I now see that a rebuttal has been written concerning my review, stating "dah..I should have wrapped my couch in plastic and kept my items in a container". My couch was wrapped in plastic and placed on blocks, my items were stored in heavy moving boxes. The rodents were still able make a condo out of my couch and they chewed holes in the boxes. Instead of keeping your goods in containers to keep the rodents out, dont you think the rodents shouldnt be there in the first place? Whoever wrote their opinion concerning my review must have been reimbursed for their comments, nice try. I have pictures to prove the infestation in the unit that I rented and one of the return emails from the owner to me stated "unfortunately, we cannot control if a pest chooses to invade a unit. This has been a particularly wet season and adjacent construction activity might have disturbed the previously undeveloped parcel enough to impact our property" . I gave a one star rating to Aall Self Storage with my first review, that just declined to a zero. Im not the first negative review that has been written, read them and make the right choice. There are many storage units available in the area, do yourself a favor and keep going!

Ive rented at Aall for years, never had an issue with rodents but my items are stored sealed and my upholstered furniture is wrapped in plastic. Human scent attracts pests so be smart when you store items, never leave linens or towels in or on items unless theyre bagged. Duh.
