I was pretty satisfied storing my stuff here for almost a year. I was referred by my husband, who had stored stuff there as a bachelor. Security was good. When a friend of mine made a mistake about the codes, I got a prompt call from the staff to make sure everything was alright. My only complaint was early on when a building repair that happened during the major storms caused a smell. It was temporary, and the staff did a great job investigating and talking me through it. I only stopped using their services because I moved and no longer needed extra storage. I would refer friends to this storage facility over others.

I just cleared out my storage locker after using A-1 for several years. I always felt like I was treated with courtesy, respect, & fairness. I was also impressed that the place was well-maintained ~ always clean & well-lit. They are also efficient ~ I had their payments set up on auto-pay & wasnt able to stop payment in time on the last check, so they accidentally received one more payment than they should have. Instead of just cashing it (which I think many businesses would have done), they immediately contacted me & asked if Id like to pick it up or have them shred it ~ very impressed!

Ooops. See what happens when your technology challenged. You accidently give a negative rating instead of an awesome one. This place is great. They are there for all your needs. Cleanliness is supurb, Emilia does a great job keeping thr pkace clean. The staff Terri, LeAnna, and Louis are fantastic. If you are considering moving your storage or need storage now or in the future, A-1 is the place to be. See you there.

I was a client for 5 years before moving out. I always had a good experience @ A-1. The facilities were always clean and secure, access hours were great for moving things late into the night, handy cart/dolly transport available at no cost. I moved units once in my time there (for a smaller unit) and it was an easy transition to my new unit. Would definitely return if I needed the service in the future.

We rented two storage spaces to store some stuff while we were looking for a new place. This was my first experience renting storage space. Everything was great from beginning to end. They took care of us when we signed up and when it came time to move out. Our spaces were clean, dry, and rodent free. Would definitely recommend this business.

Is storage facility seemed very clean and spacious except for the RVs that park in the storage areas. I dont know if your aware of this problem but it seems like a homeless encampment even during business hours. Also we just rented on the 3rd floor that doesnt seem to be temp controlled with A/C. Very HOT on a summer day!!!!

Gael and Jose Luis exceeded my expectations. I had to move my stuff out of one storage place and into another one about a mile away. The guys showed up on time and were very careful with everything and had it all said and done in the time limit they quoted me. Super polite too. I highly recommend ABC Moving Center.

Ive been a client, on and off, for most of ten years. The staff are always pleasant, the facilities are always clean, the hours are convenient enough. Ive even been very lucky each time I needed to change unit sizes, theyve been able to find one almost right next to the one I was leaving.

The rates are higher than other storage facilities, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean. The location is also in a nicer area, which I appreciate. Very happy with my decision to go with A-1.
