Ive been at SAFEKEEP storage in FREMONT for the last 5 years. Ive had a few hiccups however the staff and management had always been there to find a resolution and I cant express enough how much that means to me. The facility is always clean and secure. The bathroom is always clean and not messed up with paper towels thrown all over and thats important to me especially if I stay a few hours to arrange my units and need to use a clean bathroom. The last thing I wanna have to do is go find a clean bathroom cuz my storage facility doesnt keep theirs clean. I use to rent from public storage in FREMONT and their bathroom and facility were far from clean. Its not good when you find in your stuff animal droppings. Im very happy at SAFEKEEP. They also help you with providing extra help since Im disabled and cant do it by myself so this is a bonus for me and it just shows you how excellent their customer service is for their tenants and future potential tenants. Ive never had a break in on my units like I had the last facility. SAFEKEEP has huge T.V.s with surveillance of the property so its as safe as you can be without having ur own security system at home if not more. The gate records your vehicle and face and car with date and time you entered the gate so if someone steals your passcode or its not you entering the gate they will know and will take action. Their prices have increased quite a bit like twice or three times this year compared to the prior years however you get what you pay for. Its just really difficult for me to pay being disabled so coming tomorrow and the next few days to combine both my units into one smaller one so I can save. I wish I could have condensed sooner than later since the monies per year spending however cancer treatment s more important than condensing my storage units. I thought I was in remission a little bit however my cancer symptoms have been back so now Im really stressed and worried. SAFEKEEP has been a life saver at times. Its all about communication cuz they will go beyond then most facilities and their priority is making sure "You" the customer is being taken care of first. They are a storage facility family cuz the entire staff and management are close like family & all they want to do is make you feel welcomed in their family along wit all ur storage needs taken care of to the best of their ability. I dont know why you wud want to go anywhere else for ur storage needs other than SAFEKEEP in FREMONT. Then they also hav other facilities if FREMONT isnt where you need ur storage unit.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We went in after reading their reviews online. A wonderful storage facility indeed. Michael in the font office is great. He was very helpful in showing us their offerings and we got to tour the site and view the different storage options they had before making a decision. The place is very clean and extremely well kept. The staff is very helpful too. They even provide a free rental truck for you to initially move in. This eliminates the hassle to go and rent a U-Haul.

I have been a client of Saf Keep Fremont since mid 2011. The knowledge and the professionalism of the employee in addition to the free move in truck at Saf Keep sold me. The first day I showed up I could tell that the facility was newer. They have extensive security, and they now have a free Ebay web garage designed to help customers sell unwanted items plus an actual on site consignment store where you can buy or sell items/furniture. What more do you need?

They have been very reliable and helpful in getting me the right storage unit for my belongings, allowing me to use their truck and making sure moving crews are well situated to take in or remove items. Its clean, well-lit and secure and I dont worry about my items there. Plus, they have great specials too. I recommend this to anyone looking for storage in the Fremont area.

AMAZINGLY clean, safe and the staff is very very helpful. We have been renting a space at SafKeep for nearly 2-years now and have NEVER EVER encountered any issues. The extra perks they offer helped us decide upon them- - the rental truck, assistance upon move-in and the fact that they are new, clean and safe! The friendly office staff was a plus too!!! This is the second time Ive rented with this group. They always go above and beyond to get me what I need. This time around it was a tight timing issue with a move and needing a certain size, and given that rental availability is beyond tight in Fremont they still pulled it off. The facility is always clean and neat and I love all the carts and the rental truck available.

My uncle and aunt have been using the storage space from a long time and now I have also taken one with their reference. Vast and clean with professional help and a moving truck to rent on-site. What more does one need for storage? My only gripe is the elevator security codes and the minor hassle the impart, but I suppose the added security is worth it.
