Horrible business practices. The first management team I actually had to call the police after the live-in manager (owners nephew) became confrontational with my girlfriend. This happened after hours, in the dark and while she was alone: she was terrified. Subsequently they hired a new management team. Little has changed; they list their business hours but may or may not be there during those hours. As a result I had an additional one hour commute through bay area traffic and no one was even there to accept my payment. Added insult to injury (?) you bet; even though they failed to be there during their listed business hours, they still attempted to have me pay an additional fee for paying my bill by phone instead of in person. Are you kidding me? Adversarial conflict resolution and just horrible business practices in general. Dont rent here!
