I originally intended to rent my storage unit for only a month but because of the affordability, convenience and security, I have kept this unit for almost a year. Maria has been there to assist me with all my needs from the day I started. When I walked in, I was befuddled. I told her my problem and BAM! Within minutes, she set me up with the perfect storage for my needs, at a price I could afford. Being my first experience with storage units, I was concerned about the security of my belongings. Maria pointed out all of the security features Public Storage has to offer. With that said, along with her honest and compassionate demeanor, I knew I had come to the right place. Marias customer service skills should be held as an example for all Public Storage employees.I will definitely recommend this Public Storage to friends and family.

I had been in search for a storage unit close to my house and finally came across this one. I went in and was greeted by a warm welcome from Maria; she was very attentive to my needs and great at providing all the information I needed without me having to ask a ton of questions. I was shown a few different sized storage units and then finally made my pick. Maria made the paperwork, customer service, and overall experience welcoming and quick. The best experience Ive had when handling storage facilities. I will be sure to recommend this location to others!!

When we went to look at our space, we realized it was no where near big enough. Merlinda showed us the next size up available (10x10). Although this unit was far larger than we needed we ultimately decided to go with the 10x10 unit. Merlinda was there on her day off just trying to get some training done, but instead of making us wait for the other manager to come back she stepped away from her training to help us and another client that had come in to pay her bill. Thank you for making our stressful life a little less stressful.

Maria contacted me frequently with updates regarding the availability of the unit I needed. The size I needed (10x15) wasnt immediately available, but she called when one became available. The monthly rental was too expensive for me, so I waited a few days to confirm it and then Maria called me back with a first month rental special that helped me get into the unit I wanted. This location is clean, safe, and the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Great place so far!

My first experience at public storage was great. The manger Skye stayed over time until all our paperwork was finish and we were satisfied with our services. She gave great customer service skills, and kept a positive attitude even though we were there 3 min. Before they were closing she even took us to view our unit. Maria at the pocket road public storage went above and beyond when I got stuck in traffic upon my initial move-in. She stayed late so that i could actually move in that day, and get my contract done. She was patient and professional and offered her services with a smile. The storage space is clean and ended up being just the right size and in a great location. We use public storage for our storage shed for Skyhawks, and it is very nice to leave a key with the desk and have our mass amount of shipments be delivered without any hassle or worry of having to be here when the shipments come in for our busy summers. The staff is always available, friendly, and helpful to our needs.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the establishment... It was spotless. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by a woman named Maria and she was great. Super professional and friendly. Rates are super affordable as well. I will be renting later this month when I move to the area.
