The place is good. Poeple are nice. Location is nice and there isnt that much traffic as it it is just several blocks away from the actual area where traffic gets annoying during commute time. Enough distance to to go around the traffic is applicable. You have to go to the office to get a trolley and though it is a pain in the ass it does make sense to keep such things locked up.

Perfect place to store your stuff. Excellent customer service. Lucy and Angie were both friendly and helpful every single time I came in for something. I had special storage needs and Lucy was accommodating time and time again, not to mention very understanding. I really cant thank them enough.

The staff was helpful and understanding, even though I arrived 30minutes before closing I was allowed to use a dolly and just leave it indoors so they will pick it up the next day for me. She advised me on what the best deal for me was and how to save the most money.
