Both my wife and I as well a my mother in-law have used this place for over 3 years and its great. I saw some previous bad reviews and reading them sounds so confusing I assume they left a review for the wrong place entirely. I also noticed most reviews were around 8 years old maybe more. Things I like about this place: *Open everyday. *In door storage units. *Easy to pull in and out of and although the parking lot is rather small its never crowded. *Easy to back a truck up to the doors for unloading *2 floors and a large hydraulic elevator for large items. *More than enough large flat carts and dollies to use. *Staff watches everyone who comes in and out. Also, there is a sign in/out sheet. *Multiple storage unit sizes and I noticed they even have large lockers as well. *Staff has always worked with us as far as multiple type of payments. *The outside area as well as the inside of the building and storage units are defiantly clean and always stay that way. *I did notice a lot of overhead sprinklers in the building so that seems reassuring. *I feel confident that my stuff is safe here and it has been for the last 4 years. The cons: *While the building and hallways are well lit and lighting is never an issue the individual storage units do not have a light in them. I used a battery operated lantern for a while and then I put up a couple of those cheap battery operated LED light switches on the wall and it seems to work fine. *While theyre open everyday they do close at 6pm. Im able to get most of my stuff done but I would love it if they were open at least until 9pm but I guess the people that work there need to go home sometime. At the end of the day this is a great place to store your hoards of junk or priceless treasures.

Can we give negative stars? This place sucks. Ive been a customer for a long time and I cringe every time I have to go in there. There is garbage all over the splintery wood floors. There are homeless people milling around and using these units as their dumping ground. My wife doesnt feel safe in there, and I dont blame her. The staff is odd. Sometimes very friendly and sometimes totally rude. They are CLOSED on every holiday and sometimes the day before and after the holiday - which totally screws you up if you have plans to take care of some things. I recently got another unit at a competitor down the street and its a total joy going into a clean storage facility where you dont feel like you need a Hep B shot on your way out. This place is near my home, but it would have been worth the extra drive to get a better place. Oddly, their prices are about the same as a good storage place.

I have been very pleased with my experiences here. The employees are always friendly and helpful, my rooms were clean and easy to get to. The price was very reasonable. There was a lot of clutter in the front lobby area but they have done a great job getting rid of it and keeping it organized. My only complaint is that the office smells of cigarettes and I am very sensitive to that smell. I have never seen anyone smoking in the office when I have been there but the smell lingers. Since I do not spent that much time at the office, it really isnt a big deal. I would recommend it.

I live near this hell hole. This place is a complete mess. Over the last eight years my home has been broken into by patrons of this facility; we have been awoken countless times by their clientele arguing and getting into fights in the parking lot; it has been the scene of a major drug raid within the last year, and has had several people living in the units. If you need some place to store stuff look somewhere else.

My personal review would be male staff unfriendly and confrontasional. Working with customers would rate a 3 of 10. Stll trying to resolve issues by phone. Phone busy, not working, or no answer. Further rating to come. Does not answer phone calls. Rating now goes from 3 to 0 Stay away from this place
