The employees there are liars, especially the man. I gave them the vacant notice when I moved in (2 months before I moved out), and then I wanted to move out 4 days before I planned. The guy told me I did not follow the contract and refused to give any explanations or tell me how to avoid the penalty. In the end, he yelled at me and called the police threatening me. Of course I dialed 911 too and the police did not come for civil issue. The guy took my deposit and the rent for the rest of the month. Please do not rent this property, if you want no hassle.

I was a loyal customer for many years. I had them set on auto-pay with my bank for $89/mo and when they decided to raise rates by $3. They called the day my payment was due and told me I was $3 past due and would be subject to $15 late fee that they would auction all my stuff off. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer over $3.

Well I have never had a problem with them and found them helpful and polite. And you should never leave a review if you had no dealings with them and did so based on other reviews. Bottom line: I have nothing but nice things to say been there 4 months and plan on referring friends.

The staff here are thieves, liars, and demonstrate criminal behavior--apparently at the direction of their parent company. Forewarned is forearmed--if you do business with them you cant say that you werent warned.
