Bait and switch. My wife was told on the phone yesterday that we could park our two cars back to back in a 12 x 30 space and the space would be reserved for 24-hours. When we arrived, we were told there was no reservation and it would not be possible to park two cars, but only one. That was their policy, single vehicle or a vehicle with a trailer. Very disappointing that we made a trip out here and they dont stand by what they told us. Also, the lobby had a very strong smell of ammonia.

Terrible uhaul dealer, unhelpful staff. Got a contract with uhaul for one of their units and show up to pick it up. The response was "I hope not because we shut the system down 30 minutes ago." The staff priorities leaving for the day over the customer, and does not honor an agreement with uhaul. Even uhaul was confused on why they didnt honor it.

This property is 5 stars! Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They also have U-Haul trucks I could use to move my stuff out of my house which was very convenient. Great value and great people. I would recommend this place if you needed storage.
