This review is only about the Budget Truck Rentals, not the actual mini-storage business. A-1 offers Budget rental trucks in Woodland. At the time I rented it, A-1 was the only truck rental place in Woodland. Fortunately, the owners and their staff seem like really nice people, and they were very helpful and friendly. My only issue was that their relief desk clerk messed up on the return. I had called ahead to let them know the truck would be about 2 hours late, which I was told to do if I was going to be late so they could adjust it in the computer so I wouldnt be charged for an entire extra day. The relief clerk did not do that, and I was charged double. The next day, one of the owners called me back to let me know they were aware of the problem, and that they had already corrected it, and I would be getting a refund. The day after that, the other owner called and apologized for the confusion, and he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. He offered me a discount on a future rental to make up for the troubles. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It showed me that the owners really do care about their customers and want to win their loyalty. I will definitely rent from them again.

I love A-1 Storage because it is super CLEAN and SAFE. The manager, Harman Gill, and her staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The storage rents are totally fair. I was truly grateful to have my belongings stored in this spacious, handy facility. I didnt worry about my stuff because it was in good hands. If I ever need another storage unit, Ill be back! Thank you A-1.
