IV had a very bad experience here. Utanya and myself had a deal about a motorcycle. I keep up the train and dumpster area and at the end of 30 day after it cleared I could take it. It would be mine. Utanya stretched out the wait say her Distric manger had to get back to her.I never got the motorcycle, instead she has given me a very hard time. Locking me out,making me enter and exit through the office. Couldnt use the gate at all. Then when she went on vacation an employee told me I couldnt go through the office. But then my code wouldnt work. I went in the office and was told the code was changed. Had to show ID to get the new code.Utonya changed my code for her own reason. After getting the new code on a card the gate worked for me. Nice. But leaving the storage place to day Utonya come yelling at me when I was talking to my employer Not good. After my call was done I went in the office to talk to Utonya and she told me Im not allowed to use a code. Getting very mad cussing at me. Why? Good question. I got to code showing ID to get it,and now shes pissed.why Im I to blame? I dont work there. I dont know how office is run. So why does she have the authority to make someone Storage experience hell.now Im informed I will not be allowed back. She must want my belongings.Utonya the manger of the property on sunset in Antioch dont even live on the facility ,she moved and gave her on site manger housing to her dope smoking kid. Nice at 8:30-9:00 its always smelling like pot. And they have and they have a new born living with them.while Utonya claims shes been raising the little girl for over a year,because the child was removed from her parents in the state of Oregon. IV tired contacting the Distric manger but calls have never been returned.I could go on and on with bad dealing IV had wiht Utonya and only Utonya. All other employees have been good.

Me and my boyfriend have had a storage here for almost 2 years, when I first came in we had no clue on what to expect but the manager there Utonia there was able to help us get into the right space for a pretty good price, she honestly saved us a lot of money. I love the fact there is google because I want who ever to read this to know that she is pretty amazing, I work in customer service as a store manager and I see a lot,but it takes a lot for someone thats in the position she is to be able to keep a smile on and to work professionally and also maintain her job. The property is always clean and looks good every time I go to it, if Im going to pay my bill she always brings joy to us. my boyfriend always says that he feels safe there he feels like his stuff is at a safe place. So public storage you got a keeper for real! Its hard to find good people! How I found this place was looking on google to see reviews Im pretty big with social media so I think its very important that she gets the credit she deserves from everyone that comes across her so if you guys have dealt with her in the past stop and give her some credit she deserves it. Nice clean and safe! Most storage places I have been to I am kind of leery do to the negligence of management-but this public storage I really like the staff is friendly they walk the property and clean all around the facility. One time I had broke my "high security" lock..so I had to put a little rinky dink lock on my door...that same night one of the workers called me and asked if I was aware of the new lock I was very greatful that she was attentive to the property like that. I hope she doesnt mind mentioning her name but (Sherinda) greets me every time with her big smile and makes me feel welcome and greatful to be their customer.I see her going far in life whether its with public storage or she decides to pursue other things in life she is a very sweet girl. Thank you public storage management and staff for your persistent commitment of keeping our property safe...and thank u SHERINDA!! ...god bless u all Public storage in Antioch ca on sunset is GREAT check them out!! If not well.. your loss!

Im starting to wonder about all these reviews, I had a storage unit at this location and it was broken into TWICE. Both times I asked to see video of the break-ins and they said the location of where my unit was located was not "covered" by the cameras. They were EXTREMELY unhelpful during this whole process. Having spoke to other folks who had units there this wasnt the first time. As I was moving out FIVE other people were moving out also. I asked them the reason and guess what, they got broken into as well! Jee go figure, all these folks had the same excuses the front gal said "youre unit is not covered by the camera". BUYER BEWARE. Definitively an inside job.

I moved into my storage space (C038) on 5-22-11 and Sherinda was the Manager who helped me to choose my storage space and she also completed my paperwork. Throughout the 2yrs. and 7mos. that I had my personal belongings stored at 601 Sunset Dr. Antioch, CA 94509, Sherinda continued to offer her services. If, for any reason in the future I need to rent storage space again or know of anyone who needs to rent storage space. I will recommend - 601 Sunset Dr. Antioch, CA 94509. I sent my mom here to this public storage because she needed a storage, i heard from a friend that this public storage very clean and the staff is hella nice. Well me and my mom went to rent and utoia was super friendly. Let me say my mom was a little worried because of the area but after we went there to check prices we saw a big huge chamge in this place, i would most definitely recommend this location on sunset. Very clean!! And utonia is wonderful and does a wonderful job and a employee there. She goes above and beyond with her job. She truly cares about her customers.

Ive had a unit here at this location for 3 years and Im cleaning out my space today and I must say Im very sad because this public storage and their staff have been awesome and I couldnt of asked for a better place to store my belongings. Utonia is a wonderful property and she truly cares about this place and the people here. She keeps it well kept and clean at all times, Im sorry Im leaving but only because I no longer need storage, but if I do I will come back to this one. I will definitely tell my friends to come here to see her. Thanks public storage

I have been at this public storage coming up on a year now. Several months ago, this property hired a manager, Utona, from the concord facility, and it was by far the best decision public storage has made for this property. Utona is a great person to deal with. She is kind and very helpful. She is on top of everything, all the time, and its really been a better facility since Utona came to manage this place. I will stay at this storage indefinitely because its a pleasure to be able to deal with someone who knows what they are doing, and does it well.
