It was a wonderful place to store my belongings, the staff have been helpful, it is a clean well kept storage space, the unit they gave me had been freshly painted and even the floor was painted, The one thing that stuck out for me in this process was I felt like I was I a good place. I can just forget about worry where my belongings are concerned and concentrate on getting settled, and moving on Thank you Stow-it Storage for your help.

Horrible customer service with a man that works there. He was rude and unhelpful. Just moved to woodland ca , and the first person we meet and encounter was him and he did nothing but Holler about us parking in the wrong spot, yelled at my kid, and was unhelpful with any questions we had. Left happy to not use there storage area!

Had our unit broken into and all of our stuff stolen. They keep the doors wide open all day for easy access. THey claim that they dont even know how to run the cameras so getting the footage of who did it is like pulling teeth. Its beginning to look very odd to me.

The storage unit is clean, safe and secure. The staff is helpful and professional. They had supplies for moving and packing (boxes, tape, etc...) I cant express enough what a relief it is to not having to worry about my belongings.
