Amber is exactly the person you want living onsite for a business like PS. She was completely professional, helpful at every step, and left me with complete confidence that my goods would be secure. While we discussing options, an (apparently) homeless woman came in asking to buy stamps, Amber was as courteous to her as she was to me. Later, while we were completing paperwork, a couple tried to walk through the office to enter the property. Amber was also completely professional with them, while firmly insisting that they had to use the gate/code. When they pushed back, she didnt budge an inch. Despite their initial claims, it turned out they didnt actually have a storage space. Managing a property like this is a balancing act, and Amber does it expertly. By way of contrast, I visited the other storage property nearby. Nice enough people working there, but clearly the renters were in charge and the result was nowhere near the cleanliness and security of the PS property.

When I had to move I needed to store some of my belongings. I choose Public Storage on West Capitol Ave. I was greeted by Amber she made me feel at easy right away. She answered all my questions (and I had many) without any judgments. When we were walking down to the unit she made me feel comfortable. When we returned to the office we went over the paperwork, and again she answered all my questions. She made the process seem very easy even though there is a lot of paperwork. She always had a smile on her face. I know that my belongings will be in good hands. Thank you Amber and public storage for making my day go easy, and having a very clean facility. I will recommend this property to all my friends.

Although I did not end up renting from PS as a different solution came up, I would have in a heartbeat. Both Amber and Cristal were great to work with. There is a feeling that my situation was listened to and then their solution was offered, that is great customer service. Both staff are friendly and professional, sincere in wanting to help and gracious when I didnt end up needing the unit. I read all the other reviews before selection this location and all the positive reviews are warranted.

I got my first storage space last Saturday and was very impressed with the time Gina spent with me. I knew nothing about the different sizes and insurance. She was very informative about every aspect. She made me feel like I was very important and not just another person asking stupid questions. Ive never had to rent a storage unit & didnt know what to do. Amber informed me of what I needed to do. She was very helpful in choosing the right size. She was very professional, but friendly and informative. She answered my questions in a way that I could understand what she was saying. Public storage is a trustworthy storage place. It is also very convenient as you can pay your monthly bills online. I stored my suitcases there for three months and it was all good. This place has by far one of the best costumer service i have had. Amber is also very helpful and nice. She answered all my questions and was very informative. She ensured all my things are fine and was professional. I highly recommend this place.

I had to skip eating on my lunch break to rent a storage unit. It wasnt easy to find with all the road construction on West Capital. So, I wasnt in the best mood. Until I arrived at Public Storage and was greeted by Veronica. Her excellent customer service, welcoming personality, and great smile made the process very enjoyable. I would definitely refer my friends and business associates to rent at this location because of her!

This storage facility was conveniently located near where I was moving. The staff was very friendly. I started with a 5x10 unit and downsized to a 5x5 without issue. Both units were very clean and ready for immediate move-in. I will use this location again for any storage needs I have in the future. I recommend this location to anyone not sure where to get a storage unit!

I rushed through midtown traffic after work to get to this location. By the time I got there at 5:45, all the 10 x 15 storage units were gone. Bill was extremely helpful and instrumental in helping me locate a unit through the companys customer service/reservation process. I would definitely recommend this location.
