They raised my rent after two months!!! DO NOT USE WILLOW GLEN STORAGE. They said theyd bring it back down to the original rate and did so for a month but each month I have to call and ask them to do it and now after several phonecalls, and emails, its still at the higher rate. Im so disappointed with Willow Glen Storage because of this. If I knew they were going to raise my rent after 2 months, I would have gone somewhere else. Im a single woman and I cant afford to have my rent raised every few months. Also the power was out in a whole building of units for over a month. If you cant even keep the power on, you shouldnt be raising rents.

I have no complaints! That is always a good thing, right? I have used Willow Glen Storage for 14 months now. It has been quite the pleasant ride, smooth sailing and all. I am parting with Willow Glen Storage only because my family and I are relocating and can only wish this business well and much prosperity. Their pricing was very competitive with the other storage facilities we looked at. It was very easy to move in and the staff there has always been nice, friendly, very courteous and helpful. On top of that, the facility is very secure and well maintained and clean. This is the place to store your valuables at.

Very professional upbeat staff who fit us into a perfect size locker. We have a restaurant in Willow Glen and have heard this place is the best for short or longer term needs. Its in a convenient location too which is a bonus for us. I recommend anyone needing storage to come here. Thank you to everyone at Willow Glen Storage for helping make our move stress-free!
