Called to confirm they had a working waste dump. Lady was very nice. When I showed up a pickup opened the secured gate a head of me. I drove behind this pickup & stopped at this open gate that had a speaker. I waited for someone to greet me however know one greeted me nor was there any instructions so I drove in the open gate. After parking next to the waste dump I started walking towards the office when a man in a golf cart confronted me about trespassing. I tried explaining but he continued saying I was trespassing. I said that he was not providing very good customer service which he replied he did not care. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place!!!!!!!!

Called Interstate Storage today to question a charge on my credit card. I was mediately threatened by Michelle a Employee. She was very rude. She lacks customer service skills. I reminded her that I was a customer and that Id like to speak to a Owner,She refused to give me any information or number. She said " she handles all business there and that the owners did not take customer calls or emails."

The location and quality of the storage units is great - but if you are there outside their office hours, take note - the new managers have started to completely lock access to the bathroom - which already RFID control. Otherwise I would have given this location 4 stars. The prices seem to rise constantly every few months. Update management change in April 2017.Maybe it will get better.

I used their dump station today for the first time. I parked on the street and went into the office to pay for the service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They operated the gate for me both in and out with no wait. The facility is fully paved, very clean and inviting. There is plenty of room to maneuver a big rig. I will surely be back.

We have been with interstate for many years. Rates continue to rise are among the highest in the area, many of the amenities we have been accustomed to are being taken away.such as bathroom after office hours. New managers Are lacking in their people skills and difficult to work with.
