Very friendly. Goes out of there way to help me as Im handicap. The lady that helped me was so sweet to me. I really liked the lady that helped me with reserving the locker on the phone also. All good but the website for paying with an iPhone is horrible. First time I used it, it charged me for two months instead of one. Then last month it automatically set me up in autopay and over-drew my checking account. Other than that, its been a fantastic storage experience. Eric
