I showed up to Extra Space Storage after considering another location to store my belongings, and Im super happy I did because it is an awesome facility with an even more awesome manager. Patricia has great costumer service skills and really made me happy about going there. All paper works were done in a matter of minutes and she was clear about all options and costs. Also, it was a extremely hot day and I worried about walking to check out the storage, but that was not a problem because Patricia has a golf cart and it was ready to go. Thanks Patricia

Elenor was very helpful! Yes they talked me into renting here, I found this place by googling 24 access storage units. However its aperently not that way. I dont recommend renting here If you need after hours access. Im literally sitting in my truck for 8 hours waiting for them to open. ..looks like I wont be renting here for more than a month. At least they could do is allow 24 hour access for moving In and moving out. Most places Ive rented will make exceptions. This was a major inconvenience.

I just want to say that Patricia is amazing!!! She made our move so much easier. Shes very helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. This is our first time using a storage company and I had some issues and worries about storing our belongings. She made us feel comfortable and assured us that the property its secured, monitored 24hrs and does daily lock checks. Im happy we went with Extra Space Storage in Gilroy! I am really enjoying all the improvements that the young ladies have made here. They actually make changes to things when asked. I always see Hailey outside fixing something in order to make The place as clean as it is and Patricia always seems to know the answer to everything. both girls always look so happy to be there. Highly recommend this place if you want your stuff at a secure and clean place with great customer service .

Outstanding service from the manager Patricia. She helped me out with all of my storage needs and I only have great things to say about her and her property. She does all that she can to help in any way possible. Such a clean environment as well so overall would recommend. A little hidden gem in gilroy.
