On the 4th day of using the unit, the lock that was given to us was drilled through. Called posted security number who informed me they no longer work for that unit. They gave me another number and that guard seemed irritated with my call and did nothing to help. We ended up calling the sheriff to take a report. Left message with company on saturday about attempted break in and they never called me back. I had to go in and talk to them on Monday and there was little concern. Manager just said there was nothing on their tapes. I signed a cancellation notice for the units over month ago and Im still getting automatic charges to my card. Unprofessional and unsafe!

This facility does not have any security! Our space was broken into and our belongings were trashed including a $3000 refrigerator! Do NOT use this facility! It is a great place for thieves as there are NO cameras anywhere!!!

moved out feb 2015, today on jan 29 2016 i realized that i was still being charged every month for a storage unit that i clearly vacated. sketchy place people. trying to sort it out now with the owner.
