Great storage units, decent price, good secure location. Only bad point is the website, it was non user friendly before but the current system is a mess. It takes forever to get into my account to pay my bill. If it would at least remember my login info, or not block my browser from automatically entering it, that would be great. Still the best storage units in the area though. I had issues with my classic car being stripped at another storage place in town years ago (the one near the 10th st bridge in YC) and have been very nervous about using storage units since then. In the last 3+ years I have not heard about a single issue.

I have had the best customer service from Best Choice Storage. Kyle has treated me with respect from day one. i have had a storage unit there for approx. a year now. I have had trouble keeping up with payments now and then. It has been a long year. But every time i get that phone call from Kyle saying "Your payment is past due." He ALWAYS has a cheerful, thoughtful voice that can make a phone call like this almost pleasant. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Only thing I dont like is the time gates lock at 7pm instead of 9pm also the rent keeps going up now its getting harder to pay my rent if it keeps going up
