Needed a storage unit for a few months while I remodeled. Then while remodeling, I needed more space to store more stuff. Looked around at the other storage options in town and by FAR this one stood out as one I would feel secure storing my stuff in. The price to just get a bigger unit was decent, but then I would have to move all my stuff into the new unit. And since this was just temporary it would have been such a hassle and take time I didnt have nor, the desire to do so. So Carmen (the manager) did some magic and found that if I just got a second smaller unit it would be actually cheaper than moving into a new bigger one. Saved me so much time, money and from having to lug all my stuff out again and back into another unit, just to have to move it again in a month when my remodel was done. Awesome service, super clean, well lit and secure spaces. And....there is always a hand cart available! Will definitely use again if needed. I now have only the one unit left because my remodel is almost done. I might even just keep the unit since my house feels so much better without all the junk in it! A+ for sure!

I was a customer of this storage location since 2014 till just a couple of weeks ago. From the first day that I entered into the office I was very pleased with the quality of customer service I received. Not to mention the security and keeping up of this facility. My children and I were going through a difficult time in our lives at that time Carmen and Erika made it so easy with their, sweetness and caring manor not to mention their professionalism. Carmen gave me a sense of peace in knowing that my familys items in storage where safe and protected. This experience will never be forgotten. I have and will continue to recommend this storage location to everyone who needs to keep their items in a safe and protected storage.

When you think about moving your entire life into a storage unit you dont normally think its going to be an amazing experience. I met Carmen the manager in the midst of a horrible break up. She took me under her wing, helped me find the perfect unit, and I couldnt have imagined the process being more smooth. The grounds are immaculately kept, and the range of units they offer is more than anywhere else I found. Better yet, the customer service is unmatched. The only reason I left is because I moved out of the area, or else I would have stayed. Special thanks to Carmen for her customer service and for caring so much- its clear how much she loves her customers and facility.

During our recent move we needed some additional last minute storage space nearby our temporary living situation. Carmen at the San Pedro Extra Space Storage was a Miracle for us. She had the perfect size unit for us when my wife showed up to talk about options and even provided great advice and some free Crisis Counseling when things were getting stressful our last move day!! Its Day 2 at the San Pesro Atorage and we could not be happier!!! Thank you sooooo much Carmen for the friendly welcome and letting us leave with the confidence that our items will be safe while they are stored here. Very Happy!!!

Great facility. Super user friendly website to reserve a 10 x 10 unit. I placed my reservation on Sunday and first thing Monday morning Carmen called me to explain the process and set a time for me to come in. She showed me both a 10 x 15 unit and a 10 x 10 and she provided her knowledge about what size I would really need. She was extremely helpful, but a little rushed because there were three people behind me in line and she was the only one working. She was great though. I like the security, cleanliness and accessibility of this storage facility.

If nothing else, I would recommend Extra Space Storage based on the customer service provided by Carmen. I rented a storage unit today for an upcoming move and Carmen made the process simple, efficient, and she was a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt my belongings will be in safe hands with Carmen running the facility. The unit I rented was very clean and well lit and the facility looks very well maintained. So overall, 5 out of 5 stars for Extra Space Storage and an extra 5 stars for Carmen.

I was helping a friend who needed a storage space ASAP. I looked up a few places and Extra Space was the first stop. Eleanor was more than helpful and took the time to explain and go over everything. Thankfully, they had an open size that my friend needed and could get into that day. Once again, she took the time to go over everything, show me, and made sure that I understood the policies and fees. Thank you for letting this be the one and only stop I had to make that day!

I have rented at this location for a few years, albeit from different companies. It has been a comfort to always deal with the same person, Carmen, throughout the many different changes of ownership. It is reassuring to see and speak with a familiar face each time we go in. The customer service has always been excellent and the units are safe and secure. We would recommend this facility, due to its excellent staff, despite the fact that rates have increased over time.

Extra Space Storage Morgan Hill is the best. I was only supposed to rent my unit for 2 months but in turned into 5 months. My experience was entirely positive. I give 5 stars all around. The units are clean and well lit for the evenings, all one level makes it easier access. Its newly remodeled. Carmen & all staff are very helpful, kind, caring. Extra Space Storage is great mostly because of the amazing employee who runs the office, Carmen. Carmen is incredibly professional and organized. If I ever had a question about my account or storage unit I could count on her to respond quickly.
