I have been renting from Acorn Self Storage for 3 years I have never had any problems with them. One time I was about 17 Days late I had 1 late fee that was $20 and a second fee that was called a Pre-Lien fee that was $25 but the letter had not been stamped yet so the Manager waived the Lien Fee. I dont know what "Mike" in the other post was talking about. And I never have the feeling that they want to sell my stuff. I have recommended this storage facility to friends and family , I will be vacating my storage space in a couple of weeks and if I ever need storage again I will go right back to Acorn. I like the gate hours, the staff, the security and the feeling of knowing the all the stuff I care enough to be storing is stored in a place I have full confidence in. If you need storage GO TO ACORN!!

Prices are on the higher side but it is easily accessible, great location, nice security, online bill pay. Be aware though, they will not honor the coupon they send you by email for registering (1 dollar for first month) if they are near full capacity.
