Clean, well run and very competitive prices. You dont get round-the-clock access, but they have reasonable hours. They take many different payment methods and are flexible about billing dates. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. They seem to have enough units to choose from. Most units are inside and some are on the second floor, though they do have an elevator for your stuff. I cant comment on that since my unit was on the ground floor. They usually have carts/dollies available- though they usually end up all over the place they will help you find one. This place is secure- they have individual passcodes at the gate plus whatever padlock you choose to put on your door, and they have plenty of cameras. (Take a peek in the office!) If I ever need another storage unit this is the place! Thanks!

In looking for a place to store my familys belongings, we called a few different places within the Brentwood and Oakley area. We had planned to get a unit with another storage facility, but when we called to reserve the unit size we needed they told us that they did not have that unit size available. We had to search again for another facility and we found Towne Centre Self Storage. Not only did they have the unit size available that we needed, the monthly rate was cheaper and they put the unit on hold and gave us 24 hours to come in and sign the contract. The customer service there is awesome! If you need a place to store your stuff, this is the place to go!

Ive had a unit here over 18 months. I never set up auto pay so every month I am in there paying my monthly fee in person. They are always super nice and the couple times Ive had to pay late they were understanding. Prices seem to be fair too. Facility is state of the art with elevators, plenty of available carts and dollys, and numerous security cameras so you know your belongings are safe.

Customer service was very pleasant and helpful at the office. I like how secure the buildings are, and all of the security cameras makes you feel a great sense of security for your belongings or boat or vehicle or RV storage. Very convenient for Brentwood residents.

Love this place, clean, well maintained, well lit, great staff. Always helpful and willing to answer questions. The only thing that Id love to see change is the front desk counter, Im a little short and its hard to see over sometimes.

Front desk workers were very helpful and moved fast to sign us up for our unit. The facility was clean but there were a few small ants in our unit. We sprayed raid ourselves before putting our things in. Have had no issues since.
