I cant say enough about how helpful Michele was when I came into the office to check out this facility, and get a remote sign up preparing me for a move to another county. She was not only patient, thorough and knowledgable, but also quick to add things I hadnt thought of. These ideas will make a smoother transition during my anticipated upcoming storage experience. She has a wonderful, gregarious, while also very grounded personality. Her competence and professionalism won over my confidence in this facility, and the company.

I was here helping a friend move in when it was over 100 degrees. Josh came by several times and made sure we had water and were staying hydrated. My friend also couldnt stop raving about how friendly and knowledge it was. She said it was like she was talking to a close friend rather than a sales associate. I will be telling all my friends that need storage to come rent from Josh.

Carrie is awesome! She knows her stuff and Im so happy with the customer service she provided to me today, wish more people are like her. Shes a keeper. As for our unit. My husband rents a unit from Extra Space and we have been pleased with how well kept the property is and how nice the people are. We recommend them to everyone. I dont rent a storage unit at this facility. I work in the house hold goods moving industry. They have clean well light storage units and wide rows for easy large truck unloading. The office staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful in any way they can. I recommend getting a price quote if you need storage. (Not sure what the pricing scale is)

This is the best storage facility we have ever used. Dave has helped us for several years with various storage needs and Dave and Justin has always been very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. We are always greeted with a smile and by name as though we were family or friends. The facility is very clean and in excellent condition.

Got there a little before the store hours of operation and Michelle took the time to grab something really quick comeback and open early to show me a unit. She was very helpful, took the time to show and explain the different units and made a very easy process. Great experience.
